Hotel Selva Candida, owned by the Aniballi Family, is a beautiful hotel, that will capture for you the essence of Italy. Maria Rita, Francesco, Silvia, and Prieto at the front desk and the entire family, made our stay comfortable and assisted us even with the language barrier. In addition, Sonia at the breakfast area, is charismatic and always has a smile. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and has beautiful greenery. Parking was spacious and included with the stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience Italy, with the Italian charm. Dee and Juan
Quiet place further outside Rome. Old Italian property. But nicely maintained. Clean. We were 4 persons in a room. The Sofa bed has lack of support. The bed in the room is ok. The shower does not get really heated up. One will need transportation to the city. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay.
A great little budget place outside central Rome. Easy location for public transport, but quiet and peaceful too. Rooms little outdated and the breakfast was not anything special. But the best service of my whole trip. The receptionist really cared about my holiday and made some great suggestions, really made me feel welcome. All in all great place for a budget traveller, and for those who want to see something else than tourists in the centrum.
This is a family owned and operated property just outside city center of Roma. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel property is well appointed. Front desk staff was friendly and the young lady running the Breakfast Room was so accommodating and nice. If you want a chain hotel experience - this is not it. If you want a family-owned and comfortable Italian boutique hotel - then stay here! We all enjoyed it very much!
Older out dated hotel. Not near the center of Rome costing 40 euro each way cab fare. Rooms small and dreary. Only reason to stay here is if passing on out skirts of Rome and need somewhere cheap to sleep for the night.
