We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. We actually had a nice stay, now its not 5 star, far from it, but nice enough for us. The staff are ever so friendly and polite and check in was an absolute breeze. The bedroom was OK, for us the main thing is cleanliness, which this hotel absolutely didn't lack. It was clean and the bed was a little hard, but we managed well. To be honest, if you have had a bad back or after a day's walking round Rome, a nice firm bed is just what the doctor ordered! The bathroom was clean, 5 out of 5 for. This, just a little on the small side. Again, we managed well and didn't really bother us at all. The breakfast which was included was OK, not grand and not, wow. I'm a Vegan and my choice was rather limited, but the staff kindly offered me soy milk to accompany my breakfast. Staff are very helpful, just got to ask. Hopefully more choices in the future for us Vegans. There was plenty of other delicious stuff to eat though too for the others, fresh pastry, boiled egg, cold meats, etc. Our room was a little stuffy and therefore had to sleep with the window open the second night. Of course, there's a main road just outside and the noise from the road was a little irritating and kept us awake. We also had the bin men come at about 3 or 4 am to empty the bins out on the road, this was so noisy and woke us up... Couldn't get back to sleep then! Apart from this, we had an OK stay in this hotel and will definitely return again in the near future. The staff work super hard, but always happy to help and always friendly.

We stayed here through a trip we booked on wowcher 'Mystery Holidays'. I was a little worried as I'd read some poor reviews but in all honesty it was quite nice. It's not in the city centre of Rome, but it was easy enough to reach via the metro and bus. The reception staff were lovely, we arrived a few hours early and they gave us our key and let us check in. Normally check in is at 2pm,but we arrived at 11am and it wasn't a problem. We had breakfast included in our stay. It was nice continental style. Lots of variety actually. The room was basic but was fine for what we needed. We were out exploring all day so it we were hardly in it. The bed was surprisingly comfy. I wouldn't say its a 4 star hotel but I've seen worse. It was clean and tidy and pleasant enough.

Perfectly good hotel well situated close to the main bus route. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful: breakfasts good with soya milk available on request. I did get quite badly bitten by insects but do not think it was bed bugs like another reviewer said! We always take a travel kettle with us, but tea and coffee making facilities would have been good. All in all, a perfectly good comfortable hotel.

Arrived in afternoon to a Solemn looking gentlemen at the desk not sure if the restaurant was going to open at night no information given on this or in room. I can only describe the first impressions as a shabby dated reception area , room reasonably clean. Noise from redecoration going on in next door room. View from window building work. Whole surrounding area run down and litter ridden. Room very drab, bed like concrete. No heating, No coffee and tea facility, patched bedspread no duvet, although sheets did look clean. This mini break was a gift for our 30th wedding anniversary booked through Groupon. We left the hotel within 1.5 hours and went elsewhere . Don’t be fooled by the website pictures it is not worth a visit.
