Great hotel in a great location with a really good rooftop bar. Great comfortable beds and quiet rooms - and decent breakfast. Plenty of good transport links to all sites. And always served by very friendly staff and treated very well Special mention to the reception staff who were always helpful and very knowledgeable.

We came to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday, we had 3 twin rooms all close together , the hotel is close to the Spanish steps , which is in the middle of everything, beds were really comfy , breakfast was best Iv had in Italy a variety of hot and cold and everything tasted lovely, staff were very welcoming ,the only thing that surprised me was that they only had two toilets for a big hotel I felt more toilets were needed near reception area , rooms were very clean I would recommend and return.

The Savoy Roma, what a wonderful hotel. Very beautiful hotel with a wonderful Roof top restaurant with fantastic views of Rome. Located close to some of the wonderful historical attractions. The Coliseum was only 1.1 miles away. The hotel has some amazing restaurants very nearby and you feel right at home with how the staff treats you. Would recommend the Savoy Roma to anyone coming to Rome.

We moved to this hotel during our stay as our previous hotel was far from what we expected. As soon as we arrived at the savoy the staff were accommodating, lovely and friendly. They found a room for us immediately. The room was lovely, bed was comfortable. Roof top is a lovely addition. Food is also good. Overall we are very impressed with this hotel and wish we had booked to stay here sooner. Thank you

We had a lovely stay for our honeymoon. Great service from the great staff at breakfast and staff on the roof terrace. Fab pillows! Breakfast was really good. I was surprised and disappointed (being a lady of a certain age!) that there wasn't air con. I wouldn't want to be staying in the summer!! But as it was only February it was ok, but the weather was so good, that I would have liked it!!! Great location for exploring.

What a wonderful hotel for us to have our first ever stay in Rome! Its location is superb - very close to buses and the Metro; lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and if you are a 'Hop-on-Hop-off' bus fan one of the stops is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. You're only a 10 minute walk from the Spanish Steps and between there and the hotel there are some wonderful old side streets with lovely little tavernas. The nearest Metro is a 5-7 minute walk away [Barberini] and the Metro itself is VERY easy to use [You can use your debit card (1.50) to tap in] I'm always a little wary of going to new places and, after reading some of the negative reviews, I was a little more wary of visiting this hotel. However, those fears were quickly allayed as soon a we entered the hotel lobby. We were greeted with a very friendly young man on Reception who was incredibly helpful. He supplied us with a map of Rome and gave us some top tips for visiting various sights. Our room was on the third floor and the hotel is serviced with two lifts and stairs so access is very easy indeed. Our room was fully equipped with TV, fridge [with a fully-stocked mini-bar], telephone, plenty of storage and a safe. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were super soft. After a long day of sightseeing it was a very welcome relief to get back to the hotel to relax for an hour or so before dinner. The bathroom had a shower over the bath and was fully equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries. The hairdryer was also in the bathroom. For those of you with multiple devices; the only downside for us was that there were only a couple of sockets to plug devices in. The breakfast was superb. Help yourself to as much tea/coffee as you want. The coffee machine was superb with a choice of different coffees - again, help yourself! There is a hot breakfast option [Sausages (the hot-dog type), scrambled egg and bacon], a sweet breakfast option, a continental breakfast option, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, different types of breads and juices. It is a buffet style so you can help yourself to as much or as little as you want. The breakfast staff were attentive, friendly and made us feel very welcome. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had and certainly one that will set you up for a long day of sightseeing. The Rooftop Bar was lovely and again, the staff were incredibly friendly. A reminder that you will pay a little extra for hotel prices but then again you don't get much better views than this. Don't forget that you will pay a Rome City Tax [as of 15/02/2024 it was 7.50 euro per person per night so for four of us for four nights we paid an additional 120 Euro]. All in all a wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel in one of the Worlds most amazing cities!

A lovely modernised and clean hotel close to most Roman sites. The hotel feels like it's recently been refurbished - the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were lovely. However, bathroom lacked storage areas so a bit awkward with walk-in shower rooms. Beds were a bit on the firm side so sleep was restless. However, a lovely hotel with good staff, good service, clean and rooftop bar and restaurant - what's not to love.
