Was visiting Benevento and needed a place for myself, a colleague and 8 students. The location was out of the way, but lovely and a wonderful respite from the city. Due to COVID many weddings had been postponed - so the beautiful pool side area was in use most of our visit in the afternoon and evening.(How could you be upset about that? It was refreshing to see so many families celebrate.) However, the pool is lovely and the restaurant serves delicious food. Their staff could not be more helpful. I will stay there again for sure.

This is a boutique hotel that is set in a small peaceful vineyard high above the bustling port. It is recommend to take a taxi as it is a very steep walk, especially with bags, from the ferry. It is an ideal location to explore the island by foot. The pool bar offers light snacks at lunchtime and there is a number of resturants near the port for dinner. Breakfast can be taken into the garden. Staff are very friendly and will provide a map and suggestions for the islands points of interest.

Don’t be mislead this is not a 4 star hotel but a guesthouse. It has rustic charm and if a little money were spent on it then it could be much better. There is a lovely pool with poolside bar, which serves nice lunches but closes at 6.30 and there is nowhere else to eat or drink. They also charge for towels on a daily basis which seems a poor thing to do. Only one side of the pool is tiled properly. Rooms are basic but fine and some open onto a terrace with superb views. This is a lovely place to eat breakfast but you have to carry it up 2 flights of stairs yourself. There is no lift. Tables are small and rusty and dirty and should be replaced as should the seats in the garden area. Good location between the two main port areas but near in mind that it is at the top of a hill and a steep walk back.

Albergo la Vigna is a haven of peace and tranquility, but is only a short walk away from the sights and sounds of Procida. This is a simple place where you could laze about all day in the gardens or by the pool. The rooms are basic, spacious and clean, but what more do you need in a place like this. The breakfast was superb with lovely local produce and was held in a large room decorated with good paintings. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Vincent who sorted out our booking difficulties. Would we return? yes.

This property is absolutely stunning, from the tranquil gardens to the cliffside ocean vista, you can disappear and relax while tucked away into the mountain top. Free continental breakfast was amazing, and then in the afternoon you can relax by the pool with cocktails and snacks. Poolside food and cocktails were also fabulous! The entire staff were all very hospitable, and extremely helpful organizing taxis, excursions and dinner plans. Spa services are available on the ground floor, my massage was one of the best I ever had. They also have jacuzzi and steam bath in the spa area. The hotel also has a private parking lot, which came in handy for our scooters and electric bicycles. All the rooms were air-conditioned, spacious, and very clean. I was with my family, a party of 10, and we all agreed this was a five star hotel experience, and we would all return again!
