The room was a good size with a desk and chair and some counter space on the top of a dresser. The bathroom was a good size with a full bathtub and enough counter space around the sink. As we were with a group, we ate dinner and breakfast here. The breakfast buffet was fairly good with enough choices. Dinner was also pretty good. We were mostly just passing through and stopped to sleep so I don’t know what was in the area or how good this location is.

I would easily recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. it is centrally located and the staff is excellent and helpful. The hotel is very clean and accommodating with an excellent breakfast including fresh squeezed orange juice! The hotel is also located next to a commercial center with all the services including a market, pharmacy, clothing store and cleaner/laundry within walking distance.

Cosenza was our second stop on our southern tour of Italy. Italiana Hotel was in a great location. Parking was easily accessible on the street at no cost. The hotel was a very short drive to the city centre as well as the historical centre. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was a grocery store and laundry mat within 50 metres of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing!! We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was very good and a nice combination of Italian and American style breakfast. The rooms were clean and neat. The location was close to many areas of interest. Parking was either in a car park designated by the property or on the street. Both very accessible. Great location. The only thing is that when you check on Google you get the message that the location is permanently closed. Someone needs to address this as when you look up directions, it gives you the location of another property with a similar name.

When I come to Cosenza, this beautiful hotel in a slightly peripheral area and well connected to the Cosenza exit of the A2 is now a fixed "stop". The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is always up to par and there are several free car parks available in the area. Not high price.

Clean and welcoming hotel, friendly and professional staff. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The very varied breakfast with sweet and savory products is served in a bright room. Excellent value for money. Ideal for work and conferences. Covered parking space

A disappointing 4 Star Hotel
Travelled with family and friends for 3 nights over New Year. Booked this hotel as looked very modern, clean and looked worth the money to spend. Upon arrival the lobby looked decent and welcoming until we got to our family bedroom which looked smaller than the pictures on the site, old gloomy room, stained carpets, bad odours, lamps falling apart and lights not working, bathroom grimmy, old. The hotel over looks a dump area of a shopping mall (yes beyond one's control- but it's there). We were upset but decided to address the odours, stains and unkemptness to reception whereby we got a reply that they will spray tomorrow (basically nothing). We just let it all go to enjoy our stay despite the circumstances.
The following morning, bfast requested for  table of 7 to be combined together. I got a sharp no from waitress, scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery, addressed this to waitress who just starred and did not address the matter nor apologised or fixed the situation for the following guests. Basically did not find all this worth the money spent and can't say it's 4 star service as I've travelled to Italian territory and see the difference.

Our stay at this hotel was very good, the room was clean and plenty of space, hotel is on a good location, within walking distance to the center of cosenza . Breakfast was always fresh and everything you possible could need to eat for an Italian breakfast. I took one star off only because the bed was not comfortable at all very hard, pillows were stiff. The actual hotel was kept clean.

Arrived at the hotel to find out the bar is closed and the restaurant is also closed for refurbishment. We should have been notified either before we arrived or before we checked in.
We have previously stayed with the same group at Rho, where the hotel was actually dog friendly - dog beds, dishes and snacks, no sign of any welcome for our dog here.
The room service is non existent, had to ring reception to make any requests.

It really is a pity that structures like this, which are part of a chain, are slowly, but surely, being left to decline. Inconceivable, in fact, that on our return from dinner, even before 10.30 pm, a 4-star hotel was externally enveloped in total darkness, making it even difficult to identify the entrance. Reception staff quite courteous and helpful.
Yet in the furnishings, in the spaciousness of the rooms and in the vast hall (definitely bare, cold and 100% impersonal) the "testimonials" of certainly more glorious pasts are all there. Even in the bathrooms, which although antiquated in taps and sanitary ware still show pleasant traces of an ancient quality of materials.
A little less that of the large windows of our room, which during the two nights we spent there creaked nonstop, sinister.
Convenient garage, free, located almost at the back.
Good enough, for quality and quantity, the breakfast offer.

We recently returned from a trip to Italy where we made the same side trip from Florence to Calabria to visit my parents village just outside of Cosenza. We flew to Catanzaro and then rented a car to drive to Cosenza. The drive was really easy and gives you a great chance to see parts of Calabria that you would otherwise not see. I definitely recommend visiting your family's village. There won't be much to do or see but it was a highlight for us to just be there. Cosenza itself is small but nice although i would not really see that you would need to spend more than one day maximum there. While we flew/drove the calabria leg of our trip we did catch trains throughout other parts of Italy and I would recommend it. The trains are fast and reliable and are mostly a better option to flying. Hope that helps.

we reached the hotel late in the evening and left early in the morning, and we didn't look for eating options around. the hotel is slightly out of the center (a few minutes by car) but we didn't feel anything "bad" about the area, although as noted we didn't walk the streets in the evening.

Non lo so. Forse quanto una giornata intera. Circa €65,00 compresa la prima colazione.
