Modern and very well-kept structure. We really appreciated the kindness and availability of the staff who, with discretion, made us feel truly pampered. Large room and very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, super central, which allows you to visit the MAB and the city center on foot. A real gem is the presence of the hydromassage tub in the room and the bathroom, which is functional, large and spacious. Excellent quality breakfast, served in a delightful room with background music. We breathed a nice atmosphere, positive and relaxing. Perhaps the only thing to improve is the soundproofing of the rooms. For the rest everything was perfect. I advise!

Property with few rooms in a historic building in the center, but in a quiet pedestrian street. Room and bathroom very spacious. The name of the property is given only by the presence of a hot tub in the room (forget other services). Clean and quiet room (true is that I do not think there were other guests in the property). Structure and warm room, I do not know how I could have slept if there was no air conditioner, but, being right at the double bed, while adjusting the fins, you were hit by the flow of air. No complimentary bottles of water. The negatives: poor breakfast for variety and quality of products (industrial products and dubious quality, repeated the following days). Absence of common areas. The manager is a young guy, polite but not empathetic and with customers... definitely does not embody Calabrian hospitality.

Beautiful hot tub with soft lighting, very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom in our room was huge, with two sinks and huge mirror. The room is very warm and comfortable, furnished in an elegant and welcoming way. The hotel has no parking because it is located near Corso Mazzini. We parked a few minutes walk away. Owner courteous and kind. Very comfortable bed. The room is not soundproof.

I stayed at this hotel with friends. We were 3 couples. Definitely very clean. The owner is very kind, but I advise him to pay much more attention to details. It calls itself a 4 star hotel. There is nothing in the room to place a suitcase, we had to put the suitcase on the floor. In the bathroom there are only two towel holders, one near the shower, one near the sink. There isn't one for the bidet, there were no shower caps, there was no hairdryer. A 4 star hotel has various types of milk even for intolerants. It is not true that the car park is behind the hotel but it is a 10 minute drive away. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels but I can guarantee you that no one has ever asked me 2 euros for a tiny coke. And last but not least, the POS is always out of order as if by magic. But the internet worked. I had to get out and go find an ATM. I found out later that it's a vice. However I will not return and I do not recommend it.

A truly beautiful structure, right in the center of Cosenza, with very kind and helpful staff.
Private parking very close.
The agreement with the restaurant/pizzeria "La locanda", which is located on the ground floor, in the same building, is excellent.
