We stayed in this b&b only (unfortunately) one night, on our way to Sicily.
Independent entry with access codes provided (convenient, guarantees autonomy of arrival time), however we were then welcomed in person by the owner and her husband; exquisite people, very kind and very helpful with us and our baby!
New, modern room, with large shower, TV and fridge.
In the centre, a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and... with private, fenced parking! This is really a plus and a rare thing in city centres. Excellent for those who, like us, transit and therefore have their car fully loaded 😉!
Breakfast provided at the partner bar in front of the structure, from 6.30 am, hot croissants and coffee/cappuccino. The bar staff are also very friendly.
For info, we had dinner in the Neapolitan restaurant/pizzeria under the b&b, everything was really excellent!
Cosenza comes alive in the evening, at least in our experience, and a walk in the pedestrian street is worth it.
Thanks to the owners you feel at home, truly the strong point of this structure, which is already beautiful in itself.
Spoiler: the owners are opening another structure, in the main street...wonderful apartments.

Erifra and Mario are great hosts, going the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need including making reservations at local restaurants and suggesting fun activities to do in this region. They are personable and engaging, and the location is perfect to enjoy Cosenzas many great restaurants shops. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean! Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable!

We were traveling north after taking the Ferry from Sicily. It was very late after several hours of drive through a major rain storm and Expedia would not complete the transaction to reserve two rooms. We arrived in Cosenza, IT around 1245AM in the morning. We had tried to call several hotels in the area to no avail. We had nearly given up and we’re prepared to sleep in the car, I made one last call to this B&B, Thank God Giovanna answered the phone, guided us to the front of her B&B and received us with open arms at this ungodly hour. She had two very clean, updated, beautiful rooms and put us to bed for the evening. She is an Angel, as we were late to wake up (0900), she hurriedly made us coffee and cappuccino along with amazing homemade pastries to get us on our way. I highly recommend this B&B!

Such a great experience being in this lovely, new b&b. Giovanna, the owner is on site and ready to help with your every need. She is also the person who cleans the rooms so, for me, this was comforting and secure.
The rooms are spotless, and comfortable and centrally located in Cosenza. I would highly recommend this b&b for your stay in Cosenza.

Wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Everything is new and high quality. Quiet room. Free parking in the courtyard. Valuable advice on dinner and on visiting places, in town and other cities. Welcome coffee offered in the living room of the owners, with nice chat, like old friends.

My 4 companions and I had a very comfortable stay at Erifra. The charming host, Giovanna, was so welcoming and helpful in providing information. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated in contemporary style. I highly recommend this outstanding hotel.

In my book, innkeepers make or break the stay at a B&B. In this case, our hosts Giovanna and Mario made sure that we had everything we needed and as automated as possible. Getting in from the street or the private car park is via a code. Ditto the gate to the car park. Free parking is available and breakfast is included in the common area that all rooms exit onto. The innkeepers live in an apartment off this common area as well and welcomed us to knock any time we needed them.
The room was very recently decorated in a clean/modern style. Laminate floors, chrome fixtures, an A/C and a nice shower.
The B&B is in a prime location just one block away from Cosenza's awesome pedestrian zone Corso G. Mazzini. There are tons of things to see and do and the atmosphere is very young, vibrant and exciting.
This was the last B&B on our two week vacation and easily the best (same with Cosenza itself).
