I found this delightful B&B by chance while searching for accommodation for 1 night on Google. The owners are very courteous, kind and helpful. Very affordable price. They offer a room with private bathroom, air conditioning and TV including breakfast served at a bar/pastry shop not far from the B&B. The room is really comfortable and in addition Mr. Giovanni also provides a small refrigerator which is located in the corridor next to the room. We had such a good time that we have already been 3 times and will be back soon.

A pleasant week-long stay at this property. The location is excellent, the room has almost everything you need and the owner is super helpful, kind and welcoming. I recommend everyone to stay here and I will certainly be the first to return

Cozy apartment and good availability from the owner, the house is very close to the beach and the center of Schiavonea can be easily reached on foot. Daily breakfast is also included in the excellent and very hospitable pastry shop a stone's throw from the house.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare con il mio fidanzato 8 giorni ad agosto in questo b&b. Subito ci ha colpito la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria, la sig.ra Lidia, che sin da subito si è mostrata pronta ad assecondare tutte le nostre richieste. La nostra Camera (con la parete alle spalle del letto decorata con un simpatico fondale marino) era molto pulita e confortevole,con un materasso comodissimo e il bagno in camera con una doccia molto comoda e ben attrezzata. L'unica pecca, se proprio devo trovarla, è la mancanza del bidet e di un armadio (anche se in camera è previsto un incavo nel muro con delle mensole dove comodamente abbiamo adagiato i nostri abiti). Inoltre, la presenza del condizionatore, della tv a schermo piatto e di un balconcino con un piccolo stendino, hanno soddisfatto a pieno le nostre necessità. La colazione era disponibile a qualsiasi orario, e self service. Sicuramente una colazione semplice e non pretenziosa, ma la signora Lidia ha preparato diverse crostate fatte in casa, e, addirittura, ce le ha fatte assaggiare appena sfornate il pomeriggio al rientro dal mare. Infine il posto è davvero strategico,tanto da non essere necessaria l'auto, in quanto situato al primo piano di un condominio al centro di Schiavonea, a due passi dal mare, con spiagge libere e lidi, dai supermercati, farmacie, bar e dai principali punti di attrazione, in particolare la piazzetta dove la sera si concentra la movida dei locali notturni e ristoranti takeaway. Ci torneremo molto volentieri.
