Fantastic facilities, rooms, location, and fabulous staff. Great dining, pool and spa. Loved the suite! Really loved the suite! Staff is some of the best I’ve ever encountered, and I have traveled a lot. Great for relaxing, romance, and enjoying Valencia. Kudos to all, from the Concierge, to room service, to Spa therapists, to poolside and dining service staff. I wish I could have stayed longer 🤗🙏
I and my partner went here with our friends marko and Lyn they have gone to this hotel for years this was our first time it is a smaller hotel than others we have stayed at I can honestly say I really enjoyed our stay staff are friendly and helpful the hotel itself is very clean the view from our room was overlooking the sea and pool area The entertainment in the hotel was very good We enjoyed it that much we are going again on the 12th July
I had an impressive conference visit to this magical city and was immersed in luxury at the Las Arenas. The hotel is located in a convenient beach location close to the city centre. The hotel is maintained absolutely impeccably and a very high standard of hygiene and cleaning is constantly observed. It could do with a larger variety of cuisine offering.
room was nice but shower would need to be improved to match and room. Room service was excellent with free soft drinks and laundry and the room being cleaned twice a day.. Breakfast was very good with all types of verity of food and drinks
As others have mentioned the staff is courteous welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast restaurant has everything you can and need ask for from agua con gas to chocolate Oreo cake. The rooms clean and very comfortable, and room staff were very nice too. The pool and grounds were well kept. The neighborhood has more than enough restaurants you can walk to which we took advantage of. You are also on a very wide beach to go to, and there is a miles long concrete boardwalk that you can walk, jog, stroll or meander on.
Hi, staff greeting in check in was above and beyond. Our best hotel experience in Europe over 3 weeks if travelling. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Most places we stayed one night but here we are stayed 2 nights. In addition, cost for a five star hotel was extremely competitive.
Very good staff, very welcome reception and friendly faces all over the place! During the last period of the second Covid lockdown period stayed for a week as a couple. Worth every penny, beach to look at and to use, take a swim each day. Breakdast is exceptionaly good and complete, if your thing is not there just ask and they fix it for you. Dinerresevations are mandatory. Rooms are kept clean twice a day. Make sure to get a room from the second floor and up or you’ll end looking towards the garden…..wich is okay but not when you wanna see the sea!!!
The staff are attentive and friendly, the facilities (spa, pool etc) at the hotel are by far the best in Valencia. My only critique of the hotel is that the rooms are now very dated and worn. The bathrooms really need a refresh. €20+ for a buffet breakfast per person is extortionate in Valencia. Overall it was a great place to stay but unless the rooms were refurbished I doubt I would return simply because of the value for money offered.
We stayed at Hotel Las Arenas for a week with family including two babies. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean and the location is fantastic. The pool areas are lovely and well maintained. The service in the hotel restaurant and at breakfast was slow but the food was good. The bathrooms are a little dated with the shower in the bath but we had a lovely room with a great view of the beach and a beautiful balcony. The rooms are lovely not super luxurious but perfectly adequate and they are spotlessly clean. The concierge are super helpful and polite. This is a fantastic hotel we will definitely return!
The hotel is very impressive looking and the facilities are excellent, staff are very polite and helpful cannot fault either. The location is amazing as you are a short walk (3 mins) from a beautiful beach and close to the Marina area too. The beach front has plenty of restaurants and shops.
