we stayed here for a week. Good size apartment, with everything you need, although we didn't have a washing machine in ours and no hairdryer is provided. towels were replaced once, and were a little threadbare. the room got quite chilly in the evening as heating only come on for a about 2/3 hours. at the beginning of the week the heating broke down so were able to use aircon and have the money refunded at the end of our stay.staff were friendly and pleasant enough. we paid 12 euros for wifi for the week. you can pay for less days if you want which you purchase at the bar. free wifi is available in reception, which we found to be only open when the bar was shut. A pint and bacardi/coke was 6 euros here. we booked an excursion at the hotel to Guadelest & Algar waterfalls for 19.50 e per adult, which was a great day out. The 2 bars people recommended, tommys & scruffy murphys were shut due to holidays until later in february as were many others. The wooky hollow do lovely food at a fair price as do The clay oven if you like a good curry. The chinese close by, casa de oro golden house wasn't the best, and service was poor. a walk to the beach was a little under 10 minutes. I would recommend you visit Tapas alley, in the old town and try there beautiful tapas, 10 euros for 5, plenty for 2. you can find this near the information centre.
Although the airport is about 45 minutes away, it took us 1 1/2 hours because of the stops.
these apartments are not the ritz, but you're not paying those prices. They're basic but clean and a good location, close to everything you want.. therefore we would definitely stay here again.

These apts are ideal. Have everything you need for self catering. Location is perfect as close to everything. Shops, restaurant, pubs and close to main square. We are here at the moment, arriving on the 28th december and within our first week we have had two towel changes and 1 cleaning service. Downside.. these apts are baltic, heating comes on after nine and off again before 12. Reported this and guy came to our door next day only to be told heating comes on at night. We had to buy 2 heaters as apts are so cold. website says free wi-fi, this is NOT the case as you have to buy a ticket in order to access internet. Will definitely come back to these apartments (in summer)as very good value for money

1st holiday to Benidorm with grp of friends. Check in smooth, room security deposit 30euro per person, refundable on leaving. Asked for low floor rooms, twin beds which all were. Good sized apartments, washing machine in most apts. Flat screen TV , good sized balcony with chairs. Cleaners in once during the week, refreshed towels and general tidy. Pool area very busy, sun beds FOC. Beach only 5/8min walk away. Downside to these apartments: bar area won’t take card payment cash only. The air con in rooms costs 1 euro per hour and reception never had any change to give out. So go prepared with plenty of coins. Location is central to all nightlife/ great bars and restaurants. 40min transfer from Alicante airport. Would return.

Was at the Alpha from 22nd to 27th February 2020. No cleaner came and no fresh towels were left.
The apartments are tired and need upgrading. I paid 20 euros for the safe hire from late Saturday to late Wednesday, which was a bit steep.

This place was really good great deals on beer buckets 6xbottles 10euro large belly buster fry 4euro before 12 o'clock place was in very good location staff all helpful. I would stay again. Aircon is 1 euro a hour but don't fill it up with money because if you turn it off and come back it still counts down the timer so you lose the money.

Had a lovely stay here from 18th to 25th July 2022. Check in was fine. Staff in bar were lovely, very friendly staff and bar prices very reasonable for drinks and ice lollies etc. Nothing too much a bother for them.

Air con was a big let down. So hot at nights and you had to pay 1 euro per hour for air con, ours didnt work properly, went to reception and the handy man gave us a remote control, but it still didnt get that cold in the rooms.

Pool area was spotless. Nice people staying here whilst we stayed and all very cheery and chatty to us. We were on floor 7 with a side view of the pool. Sun on balcony all day until about 7pm. Sat here for breakfast in morning and had a couple of drinks on balcony at night before heading out for dinner. Didnt care much for the new side of Benidorm, spent most nights over old benidorm, lovely meals every night in different little restaurants. Apartments pretty much in the middle of old and new Benidorm. Very very hot whilst we were here only 3 umbrellas seen round the pool, but there is big trees you can shelter under also. Not a lot of sun loungers around the pool, but I think a lot of guests went to beach,

Great pool, staff, service. Only downside for us was the location not so fab.
Top tips for air con meter.....only use when you are in the apartment & overnight during the summer, take plenty of 1 euro coins with you, ask for them in your change where ever you go. Also Uncle Peds have a change machine on the bar inside

I’ve read other comments on here and partially agree with them . But you have to remember that these apartments are great value for the money you pay. If you was paying a lot more money then it would be a terrible place to stay . But these apartments are great value for money. They are very clean and tidy ( where a lot of places are not ) if you want a place to put your head down for the night then this is your place . There not fancy but certainly not awful. Staff are lovely and pool area is great to. If your looking for posh and flash this is not the place . Air con you do have to pay for . €1 for 1 hour. But if your work it out over the week ( which is what we had ) it’s still good value. You could pay a €100 more and get free air con and will be out of pocket. So please think about that when booking . I’ve stayed here twice . This time was better than last, it is in a great location for Benidorm and not far from the sea . Great for a young family and the pool is great to. Balconies are twice the size of any posh hotels around ( which I’ve stayed in a few) and have plenty of room on them . Apartments are bigger than most and quite adequate for what we was looking for. Has English TV channels ( which some posh hotels don’t ) Biggest let down is the Wi-Fi doesn’t work to far up in the apartments. Which my kids found most upset but worked well in the foyer and I think around the pool . There’s a very good karaoke bar next door which also has great entertainment shows So take this how you like. If you want a place just to sleep then this is your place .

You really do get what you pay for rooms are basic but clean and tidy. The lady that works behind the bar absolutely lovely couldn’t fault her. Gentlemen on reception was polite ish when we checked in. But that was it he checked us in. Told us nothing about the hotel, as in pool opening hours, bar opening times. Didn’t even tell us where to go just put floor number and room letter. We asked where are the lifts and he just pointed so had to find our own way about. (Actually got more information from other guests the next day) the pool could do with the filters being put on at least once a day, (the sea is cleaner) pool area basic but nice. As I said the lady with the long dark hair behind the bar seems to work so hard and do everything.
Lifts feel like your getting into an oven. God help if only just 2 of you in there and it broke down. (You wouldn’t last long) guests all lovely just some edges need working on. One poor lady got shouted at because she went to put her towels out 5 mins to early!!!!

Spotless if a little dated. Up a small hill up from the marina/Andy’s bar. Huge balcony and lots of space for 2 people. 2 single beds in the bedroom and pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Ask for a B C or D room these are overlooking the pool. 2 Lifts, never waited more than 2 minutes any time. Bar, plenty of selection of drinks and decent prices. Food, we only had breakfast but was plentiful and really cheap! €10.5 euros for a belly buster (2 of everything plus bean and toms) and a bacon toastie plus two mugs of coffee. We had it every day was very nice. £60 or €60 deposit you get back as soon as you hand the keys in. Safe a bit old fashioned €20 for the week. Shower fab but in the bath, wish they’d provide a bath mat. We used the small towel provided so we didn’t slip. Just dried it out on the balcony which had a table 4 chairs and an airer on. Smoking allowed on the balcony. Great pool area with plenty of tables chairs brollies and the old fashioned type loungers. Brill seating area to the front of the building where we had a few drinks before going out and again coming back, bar open till 12. Great staff on day and night. We had 3 rooms in total and all said what a great time we’d had. Booking again twice for next year and would highly recommend.
