From check-in, room arrangement, breakfast, and check-out our experience was hassle-free. The staff were very helpful welcoming and spoke good English. Breakfast was in plenty and freshly cooked. Its located right opposite bus and train station hence no issue with links to other cities. The price is reasonable for the service provided

My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights. Rooms extremely clean, balcony had good view over Castellon, however no breakfast served. Staff were a bit flustered, albeit very friendly and professional. Gym had treadmill, however, rest of equipment need to be updated.

Stayed at the Eurohotel for 7 nights. Hotel located across the road from coach (airport coach stops here) and train station. Checked in early without any issues. Room was big and the bed was huge. Great night sleep every night! Room was cleaned daily and bottled water provided. We were a bit disappointed with the state of the gym. It needs updating. Staff at reception were really friendly and made us laugh alot. There is a grocery store nearby and tram station 5 minutes away. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach. Would recommend and stay again :)

Reception not friendly. No English spoken. Hotel is poor. Feels run down. I asked for a quiet room and they put me in literally the nosiest room possible next to the elevator. Thanks!!!!!
A general lack of care for the hotel seems very obvious, especially when you walk into the room. The location to the train and bus station is good.
Hotel Luz located right next door ranks much higher on Google, looks much more modern from outside and is where I will choose to stay next time!! That feels more Like a 4 star hotel.
You cannot rate this hotel as 4 star. No way!!!!!!!

The hotel was worn and tatty. The wall paper in the room was falling off the walls, shower tiles were mouldy and the furniture chipped and marked. Doors slammed the entire night, walls were either thin or the neighbours just love to shout on the telephone. The door key cards only worked one time, so, down the elevator and to the front desk to get a new key, again, and again and..... Fortunately, the Luz hotel across the street was clean and a decent place to sit in the lobby and have a drink. Safe was locked out also....

Not the best experience. We were sitting on an hotel that we though was a 4 stars but seems like a 2 start hotel. The hallway to the rooms smell tobacco a lot, the air conditioning is the worst I’ve seen, it was impossible to sleep with the hot weather at this time. The conditions of the room were not very good and our towels had stains.

We were passing through on our way back from South of Spain. Great one night stop. Friendly hotel, in a good spot for visiting a nice town. Our room was quiet, perhaps a little dated, but very functional.

Spent 1night with my Family in July, We were there for the Benicassim Music Festival.

Hotel great, clean, towels changed and rooms cleaned daily. Staff friendly. No balcony and if you're planning on staying here for FIB, DONT! It ends up being 2 hours on pub,I'd transport(tram then a bus) or 25-30 euros each way in a taxi.
Nobody speaks English in the local area so look forward to crusty rolls and magnums for breakfast lunch and dinner from the supermarket across the road every day.
All in all a lovely tidy clean hotel, get what you see. But bad location for visiting FIB.

Buenos días.
El hotel está muy bien, como lo describo en mi opinión. Limpio y cómodo. El desayuno suficiente, pero vamos... depende de lo que te cobren por el, tiene más o menos lo mismo que en todos, pero sin grandes pretensiones.
Para comer o cenar en Castellón ahora en verano... no tienes demasiadas opciones, esto se queda bastante desierto, todo el mundo se va a la playa y la mayoría de establecimientos cierran en agosto, pero a 5 minutos en coche estás en el Grao (la playa de Castellón) y ahí tienes una amplia oferta gastronómica, diversión, etc... depende de lo que busques (si es viaje de placer, negocios...)
