The hotel is in the heart of the city with lots of bars and shops nearby, walking distance to the museums. The staff was very polite, kind and helpful regarding all question and request. Breakfast was decent and had a good selection for starting a new day. Room was very clean, bright, facilities were good, bed was comfortable and toiletries provided were nice.

The best thing about the hotel is the person at the reception, Maria del Carmen, a woman with spectacular green eyes, who took great care of us after having a problem with the vio.com website that did not report our reservation to the hotel.
