Junior suite located on the 7th floor with 2 elevators available.
The suite is very well designed for the comfort, conviviality or privacy of the occupants to choose from... a bedroom with a large bed on one side and a living room with a sofa bed on the other side. bathroom and kitchenette convenient for small kitchen in between. A large, very pleasant terrace despite the heat of the moment. Discreet and very efficient room service. Staff generally attentive and truly professional. The swimming pool is small but very refreshing, with shade and deckchairs for guaranteed relaxation. We didn't have breakfast but we had dinner one evening, excellent service. The meal was good but we didn't taste everything so our opinion should be taken with moderation on this subject. Paid parking in the basement free space, accessible by elevator, is very practical and well designed. A word of advice: book in advance. This 4-star hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟 deserves to be recognized for a stay with family or couples. Local shops (a supermarket right opposite). You can visit the town on foot or by car or 15 minutes by car you will find the sea with sand/gravel beach and warm water to enjoy. Thank you to the whole team for your discretion and kindness.

Rooms not sound proof, you hear the next room people chatting clearly all night

very good place. close to the city center, nice lobby and good breakfast. Reception service is great, the madam helped us to lock the window by key, as we feel uncomfortable if the window can be openedfrom outside. The gentlemen is very helpful, he helped us to communicate and translate for us, I surprise to.know that many people in Spain can't speak any English.

We used it as a stopover from south to north. Super nice hotel in the old town. Great service and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice little swimming pool, small but fine. Gastronomy we did not use, ate outside, there are many restaurants nearby, it was very good. Parking costs an extra 15 euros, but for sure, a bit tight with a big car, but it fit, everything great, we were very satisfied!

As the title suggests the 4 star tag is clearly overrated.
The room we stayed in was not in great shape.
There was dust everywhere and some of the fixtures were coming away for the wall (towel rails)
We may have been unlucky with our arrival time/date as there was no cooling in the room on the first night which left us very uncomfortable and sleepless.
The facilities in the room (I.e teas/coffee’s) had to be requested and I was then given 2 cups and one teabag only ?
I think the place has suffered and needs a revamp.
This may have been a 4-star several years ago but that status has clearly diminished.

Dear michaeloJ9736AR, Thank you for staying with us and we are sorry for not meeting your expectations. We do not know in which room you stayed and in case there was some maintenance problem, if it was not reported in the Reception we cannot offer a soluction during your stay. As you mentioned to this date (11/04) the cooling system was still not working because the temperatures were still not that hot (there is no double climate system in the hotel). The coffee/tea facilities you mention is not a service included in the rooms of this hotel (this is something quite common in the UK but not in Spain). Kind regards,

Hotel excellent location. The treatment of the reception staff was 10. They invited us to a beer at the hotel. The only drawback was the mattress in room 610, which felt a little sagging from use. Lovely hotel with large clean rooms and friendly staff. Perfect location for the main city centre with everything in easy walking distance. All necessary equipment in rooms and bathrooms were modern, although it would have been better with a more powerful shower.

During a work trip to Castellon I have stayed in this nice hotel not far from the city centre. The staff was very welcoming and room quite big and very clean. The bathroom looked a bit dated but nonetheless very clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice between salted and sweet food. The coffee/cappuccino machine was kind of ok, but still being an Italian might be difficult. Overall, I would say it is a very nice hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

An elegant and cozy hotel with unbeatable service. Well located in the center of Castellón. The interior room was very quiet despite there being a lot of noise in the living room due to a wedding celebration.

Castellon Airport is 24 miles away and Valencia Airport is 48 miles away.
A taxi from Castellon Airpor cost between 35€ and 45€, and there is a bus (you can consult the schedules in the website)
A taxi from Valencia Airport can cost about 95 €.
There is underground from airport ("Aeroport" stop) to Valencia train station "Valencia Nord Station" ("Xativa" stop). And a train from Valencia "Valencia Nord" to Castellon "Castellón de la Plana".
