This 4 Star property in a quiet part of Madrid (Calle Bausa), is a pleasant surprise, as its facilities are both inviting & very satisfactorily, set out. The staff is most welcoming, its SPA, Restaurants & Bar are most functional, for a business visitor. Rooms are well

Hotel is not well served from public transportation (20 min walking from nearest underground station), nor they have a shuttle service to airport o downtown. I was there during a week-long strike from local taxi companies, so it was quite uncomfortable. Even hotel concierge

We were in transit to Bilbao and we were delayed by the taxi strike in Madrid. Hence our trip from the bus station was prolonged - we phoned the hotel to get some advice and received good instructions on how to get to the hotel. We arrived at about 8.30pm after catching metro

A taxi at night will cost more than the day-40 euros! you still have time to make the Metro, cost will be 6 euros. If you decide to use the Metro, follow the Metro signs when you exit the airport and go directly to the Metro counter and ask the clerk to give you a Metro map and direct you to your hotel. The clerk has a list of all hotels and Metro stops for Madrid. Remember, the Metro closes at 12:00, that means you have 3 hours to get to your final stop. Your Metro final stop will be "Pinar De Chamatin", from there get a taxi to the hotel 8 euros. If you don't mind the mile walk to the hotel go north on arturo soria from Metro station and look to the right and you will see the hotel. Good luck!!!

Hi there - a couple of options. If more than 1 traveller it may be cheaper for you to travel by taxi - you can use the Madrid taxi fare calculator website. PLEASE CHECK THE METRO WEBSITE TO CONFIRM THE DETAILS BELOW ARE THOSE BEST SUITED TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS. Tour 1 - Underground exit Pinar de Chamartín, Línea 4, to Argüelles Transfer at Goya with Línea 2, to Las Rosas Underground arrival Ventas 00:41:54 Tour 2 - Underground exit Pinar de Chamartín, Línea 1, to Valdecarros Transfer at Cuatro Caminos with Línea 2, to Las Rosas Underground arrival Ópera 00:32:14

Their is no free buffet breakfast, you will pay 17 euros. There is no airport suttle, a taxi will charge you around 35-40 euros to take you to the hotel from the airport. If you chose to take the Metro from the airport as I did, you will have to take the Line 8 and transfer to the line 4 at Mar De Christal, from there you can either get off at Manoteras or Pinar de Chamartin, I prefer you get off at Chamartin and walk north on Calle Arturo Soria for about 1 mile and turn right on Bausa street. If you have any problem....flagg down a Taxi at the Metro station and they will charge you 8 euros to take you that 1 mile to the hotel.
