Decided to stay here in my last visit to Madrid. Had a flight cancellation and they wouldn’t allow me to move the reservation for a day (just a day) due to their strict policy on a weekend in which the city was empty due to high tenperatures. Requested two beds in my booking and they couldn’t accommodate. Ended up sharing a bed with my 40 year old brother because they didn’t have other rooms and they also couldn’t even put two twin beds instead of one in a studio suite which has plenty of space. Definitely not what I was expecting for a “top tier” hotel at this price. Nicolás

Zero complaints. The staff was lovely and very helpful. My mother needed a wheelchair, before a hip replacement, and they arranged a rental for us. They were always eager to please and extremely kind. The rooms were very clean and the location was excellent! Definitely one of the better days I’ve had in Spain!

Our visit to this historic landmark was the very best. First of all staff was very welcoming they helped us in every point of the stay. Room 411 is simply a beauty all the items helped to make our journey a very BLESSed one. We had the chance to visit the Beldon Beauty Spa wich was impecable and relaxing. Also Picos Pardos (their rooftop) is amazing, views are the Best and the staff again impecable. Thanks to Raúl for the best cocktail I've had in a long time. Guest Experience really helped as a los during the stay. I'm out of words to describe this wonderfull experience but for sure we will be back!

This hotel is unique with a cool vibe. The service is amazing. They help with anything. The room with fireplace and terrace is awesome. Rooftop deck bar is fabulous. Location is awesome, in more of a neighborhood, away from from crowds. Cute shops and restaurants walking distance.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The property is in excellent condition, the staff is fantastic and the location is close to all the things you will likely want to do. The breakfast was very nice. The concierge (Antonio) was a big help in setting us up with all the things we wanted to do. If I ever return to Madrid, I am staying at Bless!

I have spent two nights at this hotel and I highly recommend it: good and professional staff, very comfortable rooms.very clean,fantastic breakfast. Superb location in the very heart of Salamanca. Staying at this hotel you have the chance to be in touch with locals ,as the bar is very popular in the city. Le Labo amenities ,fantastic. Don't miss the chance of having a drink or eat at their amazing terrace, or play bowling .
