The hotel is situated 4 blocks from the beach in a residential area of Sitges. It is hidden and without google maps it would be difficult to find. Its a mile out of the centre but the walk along the promenade is relaxing and chilled. The hotel reception was welcoming and decorated with Starwars models and an BMW motor bike. Dont let that put you off, its tasteful and works. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. I chose one with a balcony, a word of warning the door out to the balcony is low and I cracked my head twice. It was very peaceful being in a residential area and it was good value for money.

Great location, close to the beach and a short walk to the center. The rooms are clean and have some nice little touches. The staff are friendly and cant do enough to help. The only negative is that as we were on the ground floor the noise from the communal areas was bad and could hear people all night talking on the phone etc. had to go out and ask them to be quiet as its not a 24 hr reception.

Really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were so welcoming and the place was perfect for our short trip away. Agree with some of the comments regarding the fact you can hear everything happening within the rooms, but wouldn't impact our likelihood to visit again.

For those people who complain about the hotel being a bit out of the center, things you should know instead of complaining: - MonBus E16 brings you from Plaça d'Espanya and drops you off at El Vinyet, very close to the hotel - if you come by train, you take the Bus L1 that drops you off 40m from the hotel Then there is no need to complain about location! Specially since you are so close to the rambla and you can enjoy a beautiful walk along the beach to get to the center. As far as the hotel is concerned, the staff was super friendly, the room wasn't spacious but very clean, great comfy bed with good quality linen, quiet (in spite of the doors slamming in the corridor), very good amenities and a welcome pamphlet with everything you need to know. I didn't have the breakfast but 9 euros to have it was a bit steep I think. A definite thumb up!

I don't write bad reviews lightly, but i feel on this occasion it was warranted. The only reason I gave a two star instead of one was because the staff (outside of management) were really helpful and friendly. First impressions of the hotel were great - close enough to walk into the centre of Sitges but far enough away to be peaceful. The reception area is modern and bright, as are the bedrooms (albeit on the small side). The receptionist was a really friendly young guy who gave us all the information we needed. On the morning of our first day, there was no hot water. This also happened to coincide with a public holiday and the receptionist informed us that they were struggling to get a plumber out to fix the problem. Fair enough. However, no communication was received from management and no alternative was offered. The morning of day two - still no hot water. By the afternoon, the issue was ongoing. Again, there was no communication from management re; a solution and when my partner approached her to discuss we were told rather abruptly that we were welcome to check out. Nice attitude!! Only when we asked the receptionist for the third time were we told that we could actually use a room in a neighbouring hotel to shower. No one had communicated this to us before. By this stage, we'd had enough, found another hotel online and decided to check out. This was at around 2pm, and when we asked to speak to the manager to process our refund we were told she wasn't around and the receptionist didn't have her contact number! The hotel could be lovely, but i have never experienced such bad management. We've also had no follow up from the hotel - so they're obviously not too concerned about the opinions of their guests! Based on my experience, i wouldn't recommend.
