Very poor customer service. They do not understand you in Catalan and force you to change language to be treated. The people staying at the campsite do not meet the schedules and the noise of the neighbors is high.

It was our first time at the camping. Friends advised us to go there so we did. From the first moment we had a very warm welcome from Anne, a Dutch girl that works there and knows her languages but also can tell you beautiful places to visit or where to eat! Later we met Ferran who also works at the reception and also he is so amazingly kind. We had a problem with our electricity and the maintenance guys came right away to help us. They didn't speak a lot of English but they all did it with a smile. They only thing we didn't like was the very small swimming pool, they have a new one on the map but it's not there yet, with so many people in the weekend it's pretty hectic. The restaurant prices, beside the menu of the day, are a bit pricey so we preferred to eat in sitges. We definitely will come back here. Thank you team of Garrofer and specifically Anne and Ferran!

This a lovely friendly campsite. We booked initially for 2 nights but enjoyed the whole experience so much we stayed for 19 nights. All the reception staff proved friendly and helpful from the off. Anne in particular for us proved to be a valuable source of local information throughout our stay. Be sure to ask for her list of decent restaurants in Sitges. Sitges is a lovely town and it’s a nice 30 minute walk along the promenade from the campsite (use the back gate route which is away from the main road). The bus stop is also directly outside. The site itself has a lively bar area which was well frequented. The pitches are a good size and there was plenty of room for our caravan and large awning. Shower and toilet facilities were kept clean. There is an enclosed winter block and the summer block which opened at weekends (winter) was huge and modern. We made some really good friends here and will be definitely returning next year.

Wonderful staff, especially Anna and her male colleague but we found all staff were very good. There is a nice bar/restaurant onsite, not far from the beach but the site has a very good swimming pool anyway. Very friendly site, met lots of nice people. The Wifi was up and down, hopefully this was expected to be improved for 2020. The sanitary blocks really do need improving, they were looking very tired, it wouldn't take much to renovate the toilets, showers and sinks and I would hope they too would be done for the 2020 season

We have a motorhome so we had a camping pitch we planned on staying for 2 nights and stayed for 11 it was so good. We travel extensively and for long periods of time and we found this site one of our favourites for a number of reasons. The staff are amazing the warm reception awaits you especially Anna she is fab. Speaks so many different languages and is very helpful and knowledgeable. The pitches as are all the bungalows and tents lovely well maintained and clean with great facilities. The on site restaurant is fabulous and the shop well stocked. bread warm and baked every day morning and evening. A bus outside every 30 mins into Sitges or Barcelona . We will be returning as Sitges is amazing. If like me you found Barcelona too big Sitges is amazing...
