Pretty small and expensive price point for the size. But the place was clean and we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways. It’s a great location in the gothic district. Our biggest thing is it would have been nice to have space to set our bags on the floor and still have walking space.
Arrived at the hotel late with 6 friends check in was fine arrived to our Room on the 4 th floor opened the door and there was a horrible sewage smell went straight back to reception to inform them they said they would send someone to inspect it in the morning once inspected they said there wasn’t a problem but the smell was still there as the other members in our group kept telling us every time they entered the room we was constantly spraying deodorant and aftershave to mask the smell when asking to change rooms we was told we would have to upgrade at a extra cost which we was not happy to do as we was only staying 3 nights it literally spoiled our stay and we won’t be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone
This was our first stay at this hotel, after reading such good reviews we booked. Everything was so good, clean comfortable, no noise with the balcony door closed, as we overlooked the Rambla, our room was 422. The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We were central to everything, walking distance to most things. We took the red & blue route hop on and off tour buses, a great way to see all the landmarks of interest in Barcelona. On one of the stops of the tour bus, we did the cable car ride over the city, a must, Sagrada Familia and so much more. We will return to this hotel, it is near to the port, good for when we cruise from Barcelona.
Hotel was close to the marina, beach, restaurants etc and situated at the bottom end of la Rambla. The hotel was modern and very clean. The only dissapointment was the balcony we booked was overlooking a building site so we did not use it at all.
Very clean environment, lovely staff, calming, near to most activities, very good location, enjoyed the breakfast, worth if you supply a box of tissue papers to the rooms, I highly recommend this hotel
Great location and customer service; the room was compact but comfortable and had a balcony to take in some sunshine between shopping and touring trips during the day. I would return there to re-watch Barcelona best Flamenco Dinner Show just a block away
The location is perfect! My granddaughter and I felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our room because it overlooks the Rambla. The bathroom window had interesting shutters that led through the ancient stone wall to the balcony.
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, good choice of breakfast, clean room, large comfy bed and a fridge in room. We had a room overlooking Las Ramblas so you can people watch with a glass of wine. It is close to the port and beach areas, Baroch market and tour bus stop. 25 minutes away from Barcelona airport which cost €40. The breakfast is a mix of continental and English which is plentiful. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable with advice given on all subjects from places to go and local knowledge. One small gripe is that there is only one chair in bedroom so two people cannot sit outside on balcony.
This small hotel provides an less expensive stay in Barcelona. It is situated on the famous La Rambla boulevard. One wonders about the location at first glance, but it proved to be in a very central location.
From arrival to departure, our stay was wonderful. Friendly welcome. Able to leave luggage in lockers (need €2 coin) until room was ready. Perfectly clean and well equipped bedroom. Great mini toiletries and fresh towels daily. Room on second floor right on La Rambla with the best little balcony for people watching! They kindly brought us another chair to allow us to sit out and enjoy our Cava which we had chilled in the room fridge. Brilliant stay, will be back and definitely recommend. Thank you.
