Dear guest, I am deep concern with some points described in your review. Firstly I would like to offer you my most sincere apologies for having felt badly treated. Perhaps our staff wasn’t able to explain you exactly what they wanted to say. Bear in mind that, although speaking fluent English, it is a foreign language for them. Anyway, we will care that something like that doesn’t happen again. Thanks for your visit, and best regards.

Do any of the bedrooms have walk in showers instead of a bath?
I'm not sure they do,actually.but they don't seem to advertise that on their website.so I would check with the hotel, just in case.they are clean and daily checked by cleaners, though.

Good afternoon. Although it is foirbidden to smoke at the common areas (restaurant, bar, hall,...) and in the rooms, we have a little terrace, beside the pool, where it is allowed to smoke. Best regards.

Are you allowed to use inflatables in the pool?
Unfortunately,no,you cannot take any inflatables in the water. My family and I are checking out tomorrow and the rules haven't changed yet(apparently, management rules).be aware that the food is not too great, although they're trying...but Loro Parque is 10 minutes away and is a great attraction.
