Stayed in this hotel recently for 3 nights. The woman on reception insisted on payment on arrival. I said I wanted to pay in sterling but she refused and said she would only accept Euros or card payment.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and cannot recommend it. It’s an old colonial hotel and appears almost not to have been updated since that age. The dark wooden furniture is completely worn and there is also a strange odor to the rooms.
