The location is pretty good and near to many of the sites. The room we had was a little small and is starting to show some wear. The reception person at check in was not very helpful. However the one upon check out was very pleasant.
Although the hotel is pretty standard, the staff was very helpful. The location is an easy walking distance to the City Center. There is a large bar/restaurant in the lobby for convenient tapas and breakfast.
Our vacations plans were cancelled and we were left to our own resources for a week in France and Spain. I looked at my points to see where we could land, and we ended up in Vitoria. We spent two nights at this hotel before moving on to Bilbao. Check in was excellent, the staff at the desk were very helpful. We could not park in the hotel because all the hotel parking was sold out. The desk clerk advised us where to park safely on the street and reserved us a spot for the next evening. The room was stocked with a coffee maker, as all refrigerator and bottled water. The bed was comfy and bedding was of good quality. The hotel featured a daily breakfast buffet for a fee. The items on the buffet were varied and there was many healthy options. The bar service was good, but the servers disappear, I think they do room service as well, so if you want something to eat/drink you have to be on top of them. We used this as a base to explore Rioja and we had a very exceptional day tasting awesome wines. The hotel is walking distance to the beautiful cathedrals in this city. Wonderful experience and simple hotel property. Great friendly service staff. The room…
Stayed at this modern hotel in May. The check in was simple and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was convenient and the service was good. The breakfast was also good. After saying all that, nothing seemed to stand out as exceptional. The hotel is located in easy walking distance of the city centre with plenty of bars and restaurants. Worth another trip.
We took a group of 51 people here in May 2018 to stay for two nights and, without exception, every one of them was fulsome in his (her) praise of the standards of accommodation, comfort, and service at this hotel.
