The room was clean and spacious. Could use some better sound insalation - could hear very well sounds from the corridors and rooms. I was staying at the taller building so it more quieter than the lower building by the pool where it was apparently a bit noisy during evenings when people partying outside. No minibar in the rooms - there is a fridge but you need to stock it up yourself. The buildings look a bit outdated from outside. There is nothing much around the hotel; takes about 15 minutes to walk to find shops and restaurants. The hotel is really big. Breakfast and food is good. Pool area and the beach really nice. Separate area for kids. Different kinds of travellers staying at the hotel; couples, golfers, party people, families, business groups.
My Fiancé and I have just stayed here for Easter holidays. The hotel is big and not the boutique style of hotel we normally go for, but it didn’t disappoint. It’s decor is simplistic and modern and everywhere is spotless at all times. We hired a car and it gave us much more freedom. Marbella isn’t far and the Benahavis hills and natural park is only minutes away too. Estepona port isn’t far away by car and it’s beautiful. The hotel isn’t really in a main town so I would recommend hiring a car in order to maximise your stay. Secure car park at the hotel at €8 a night which I found reasonable. The beach next to the hotel is limited as it’s more of a rocky beach rather than golden sands. The tranquil pool is perfect for couples as most families stick to the main pool. We stayed all inclusive, the drinks were of good standard and the food was delicious. We are vegan and vegetarian and the chef was happy to make special dishes for us upon request. The entertainment was good every night. We will be returning. Special comments for Camacho and Ana who were always happy to help at dinner.…
The hotel whilst showing its age a little is clean and spacious although we stayed in low season, early March 2022. The room we had was a generous size with a small garden/car park facing balcony. Beds are comfortable and the room has a small fridge which we found useful for a few drinks. The bad points: It’s very disappointing to be charged €10 per 24 hours also €2.5 per day for use of the small in-room safe! Whilst we had a no smoking room, the balconies are used by smokers in adjacent rooms, thus filling our room with the smell of tobacco smoke (horrible)! We could hear the guests in adjacent rooms and corridors in mornings and evenings. Location: There are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance which limits options for evenings. Fortunately, we had a car and were able to drive to other local areas for drinks and meals. And finally, the question I always ask myself is, would I stay there again? Unfortunately on this occasion my answer would definitely be NO!…
This hotel is a little isolated so you do really need to hire a car but it is clean well run and friendly staff we had breakfast which we thought was very good did have dinner on first night but that was ok but not hot enough Would definitely return
Good place to stay. Very qualified people over there. Staying in november means: a lot older people. Cold water in the swimming pool. Parking is also possible outside the parking place. At the parking place cost € 6 a day. 30 meters outside is free :-)
