L‘ amour toujours – a very special liaison in the new Dusseldorf district Le Quartier Central. Highlights include the restaurant and bar: The Paris Club extends over two storeys: The restaurant on the 16th floor is the place to meet for lunch or dinner. Visitors to the 17th-floor bar enjoy a spectacular view of Dusseldorf while sampling our range of French highballs. The rooms? Languorous, artistic charm and warm hues in the French Chambres, or straightforward design and clear colours in the German Rooms.

A small understanding due to the unclear advertisement on the Booking.com platform was resolved with the upmost professional manner by the Hotel staff to my highest satisfaction. All current Covid--19 safety regulations were followed by the staff and the room was of course sanitise ahead of my stay. My business stay was therefore accommodated perfectly and I will for sure stay there again soon.

The hotel was covenient to where we were headed, so it had to do. Not my style open plan shower in the room and allegedly bath tubs on the balcony (not that I witnessed one, my daughter talked of fat old boys with their wangs out wandering the balconys, but take that with a pinch of salt. As for the hotel, it was clean enough the breakfast buffet more than adequate as one would expect in Germany, the service a tad slow, but Covid restrictions were applied rigorously, a pity the UK doesn't follow suit. I'd call it a sort of avant garde commercial hotel. The bar seems to double as a Nightclub, queuing to get to the bar was a ballache and the tea, no, not tea, a tea bag & hot water for 8 euros a farce, no tea making facility in the room. We did get to charge the car in the underground car park, but that was more by luck there were only two charge points. The bed wasn't at all comfortable the room small but adequate, would I stay here again? Probably No, I think next time I'd use the nearby Holiday Inn.

The rooms are cosy and have fun decor. Everything sticks to the cool style at the hotel - sauna, gym, restaurant, lobby. I will definitely recommend to stay here. It is not in the center of the city, but 15 minuttes walk is absolutely fine by me. Only regret, they should have rooms for three persons.

Dear Elskeratrejse123 Thank you for taking your time to review our colourful hotel! It's nice to hear that you enjoyed our cozy french-german themed rooms and appreciated our design in general. Maybe next time one of our "Schindelhauer" bikes would be fun to use? By bike the city center is just a few minutes away. As for a room for three, we only offer double room for adults. But if you are traveling with children our suites have a sleeping couch which can be used by the children. We're looking forward to see you soon! Kind regards and greeting from Düsseldorf Alizée de Hamer Front Office Agent

Such an amazing experience! Our spotless room with beautiful and hip french decor and a bathtub on the balcony, a steak which melted in my mouth and perhaps the best cocktail I've ever had at their rooftop bar, made my birthday getaway with my girlfriend one of the best birthdays I've had so far. The staff (front desk, restaurant and bar) were all extremely attentive and recognized us again on the second day even though there were many guests and were busy. Dennis and Malti from the front desk were extremely welcoming and funny. They shared some insider tips with us which made our trip to Düsseldorf even better. I look forward to staying again!

This has been the second hotel of my 25Hours hotel tour and indeed, their slogan of been to one is like been to none has merit and it’s true. So after those great rings of fire in cologne, I decided to take a tour 😉 Situated on the side of the old Düsseldorf centre it’s easily reached by foot from the central station ( about 14 minutes) or you can grab a cab or public transport. The old city is a walk away and in any case you should take those 10 minutes and enjoy the wonderful city which Düsseldorf is. Design of the hotel is kind of Paris had a wild night out during the late 80s and 90s, I loved it from the moment I walked in. For my stay I had booked the gigantic sky suite on the 15th floor and boy was I up for a surprise when I entered the room. Nostalgia lovers you’re going to hop up and down, whether it’s old LP record player, the old fashioned telephone with a rotator dial disc (one of these days guys, you will find one missing and I will probably be the culprit(add them on the in-house store pretty please))!!! The view is simply breathtaking and mesmerizes you for hours, my personal Tipp order a bottle of crémant and sip it slowly away while the sun is going down over the roofs of Düsseldorf. One thing I missed in the room, especially on the suite were extra towels, a robe and slippers.. but those were only a short call away. Also some hangers in the bathrooms for the towels would be an excellent addition (I would suggest getting 👅 like Mick jaggers Satisfaction one and using them for the towels, would fit in the design perfectly). In my opinion, service personal shows it’s true colors when things go horribly wrong and I start to get the impression that 25hours is secretly training superheroes at problem solving. Despite some unfortunate circumstances and situations, I have never seen a team so actively tackling a problem, as it’s a personal affront to them and not to the customer. Dear customer services from the various hotels out there, if you want to know the meaning of customer service go and have a look at 25hours. 15th floor suite simply wow, the sauna with an open view of the skyline is a just one stair down on the 14th floor and it’s worth going after a long working day. Open to 00:00, so no excuses of beim too late and it’s closed. The 16th and 17th floor is where the French love takes residence, in the form of the French Club restaurant and bar. My steak was excellently done and the view was breathtaking to say the least. During the day, this is the area where breakfast is also served, be here early for some great scenic pictures😋 After the hunger is sated, do take the stairs to the 17th floor and let your taste buds have a field trip of pleasure. Olaf and his team will be more than happy to introduce you to the French alcoholic wonderland.🍷 Instagram fans will definitely want to go outside and strike a pose for some stunning pictures out there, just be good and give your date a well earned drink afterwards 😉 On a final note, I would like to mention that I was pleasantly surprised by Anna, the hotel general’s manager. On my departure we had a quite talk, where we openly discussed the problems and it’s causes. Thank you for listening and be very proud of your stuff in the reception and the restaurant/bar. Finding people that truly care about your guests is very rare nowadays. All in all, despite the issues on arrival it was a great stay and I will be coming back, but now next on my list is the city of my heart and we will see if bavarians do it better indeed. Kudos to Alex, Malta, Olaf and all the others that made this an experience to remember! See you soon all!
