Used this hotel a lot this year for business trips. Despite the COVID situation, the staff have been great, breakfast service is always very good. Evening snack menu is limited at the moment, but still offers an alternative to take-away food. Great hotel in a great location.

Reception space was fine and service friendly. Large room has only one armchair ! Lighting was poor. Overpriced hotel ? Normal city view from the windows. Garage is spacious and bright enough - clear entrances.

We stayed a couple of nights in the premium room with a view of the harbour and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel itself is quite and clean and offers an amazing breakfast and dinner which is definitely worth the price. The location is great, right next to the downtown area and to the "harbour". If you want to enjoy and taste a nice seafood dinner, have a look at Borwin reastaurant which is about 10-15 min away on foot. Another posivite note is that this hotel is dog friendly, so we were happy that he could come with us. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a premium room with a beautiful view. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I was especially happy with the pillows, they were fantastic. The breakfast selection was great and I felt like the hotel handled the COVID 19 situation very well. The staff is super helpful and efficient. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city.

The fitness and spa is not open at the moment, which make the charge for the room a bit pricy. The rooms are spacious, and the location is great. The hotel handled the breakfast fine in these COVID-19 times.
