Very bad, as soon as you arrive you have to check-in yourself, no one registers you at the hotel even if there are workers who could do it.
They make your room every two days if you don't let them know and no one told you about them. And when you arrive at the room, no one warns you about this rule and what happens to you is that you arrive at your room in the afternoon and find it without cleaning or replacing anything. Very badly.

We stayed here for two nights and booked two rooms. It was a very comfortable trip and our rooms were very nice. The location was perhaps the best part of the stay as they were close to the old town and close to public transport. We walked everywhere so it was great! They offered a lovely breakfast which included eggs and bacon which was very refreshing for Europe. The staff are also very nice and friendly!
The bathroom shower is in the middle of the room and it can get a bit awkward if you are not with family. There is very limited privacy so booking with friends is not a good idea. Also in one room there were random stinks floating by every now and then which we could not figure out what caused it.

Response from Patrick Rastädter, Other at Flemings Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside
Responded 27 Mar 2023
Hello Namra, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback about your stay with us. We are so glad that you enjoyed the comfortable rooms, great location and lovely breakfast! We pride ourselves on providing a unique and memorable experience for our guests so we are happy to hear that it was a great one for you. We apologize if you felt there was limited privacy in the shower area. We decided to design the shower with glass walls to allow more light into the room and provide an "experience" different from being at home. Again, thank you for your review and we hope to welcome you back soon! Kind regards Patrick Rastädter - Assistant General Manager

The room that was assigned to us reeked of a sewer gas smell as soon as we walked into the room. The odor was so strong, we kept the windows open but that did not help the smell.
The bathroom of our room consisted of a toilet room. The bathroom sink, mirror and shower enclosure was located on one side of the room. Not ideal unless you know your partner very, very well.

We felt the hotel fell very short on what it offered, from poor check in (self check ins we're not working at the time), to poor service and outdated rooms with stains on carpet and cleanliness could have been better. We were unfortunate to get a room overlooking residential accommodation which was quite close so you/they could see everything, had to keep blinds closed which defeated the purpose of a skyline view. Sauna fits 1 person and is such a tiny area its not worth mentioning or visiting. Alot more attention given to those on conferences. For a hotel chain we expected better. Would go back to the city but not this hotel.

Nice room and good breakfast but no cleaning!
Warning! When you check in and that has to be done in a check in kiosk, and in order to proceed the check in you have to sign that you don’t want any cleaning of the room.
We told the staff that we would like to have our room cleaned the bed made, they said that should fix it, but when returning to the room on a Saturday evening nothing had been done.

Very bad experience and would not come back. Paid for upgrade room did not get it, told on arrival the system made an error and no rooms left. Offered a couple of free beers by a manager i demanded to speak to, went to bar told I could only have a soft drink. The bar manager argued with me and was very rude. Booked months in advance asked for non allergen pillows as my wife us allergic to feathers, arrived to feathered bedding. The room was not made up, ran out of toilet paper. Rooms are basic, stained carpet, very cold, heating not working. Definitely not a 4 star hotel and we travel every few months. Not the best area either, side street across from hospital. As a chain you'd expect better but I guess it explains why there were rarely guests dining or drinking onside.

We had a perfect anniversary stay in August 2023. The whole experience and friendliness of the staff further improved our stay.
We checked in and went to meet family in the bar. When we returned to our room an hour or so later there were gifts of balloons, puddings and a very nice welcome message. We were upgraded to a Signature Skyline room with views towards the Frankfurt Skyline. The room and bed was extremely comfortable and although there was no minibar in the room reception advised we could help ourselves to the mini fridge in reception which was fully stocked with an array of soft drinks and beer. After a meal in Frankfurt we spent a few hours in the hotel bar. Service was good and the staff very friendly.
The following morning we were too late for breakfast but the team went out of their way to accommodate us and made us omelette and sandwiches.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Will definitely stay here again

A very good choice for a visit to Frankfurt or a weekend, as the price-performance ratio is very good.
The breakfast is even excellent, coffee specialties are freshly prepared by the bar, nice atmosphere.
Rooms well equipped, check-in quick and uncomplicated.
Parking available for a fee.
Close to the old town center, S-Bahn stop right outside the door.
All in all very satisfactory.

We were joining a Christmas Markets river cruise, so, arrived a couple days early. Room was quite a good size - more than adequate (The Showtime Shower was a hoot <at my age>) and everything needed (except a kettle) was available. The location is about 100 yards to the river and we enjoyed a great lunch there. The hotel is right across from a Hospital of some sort but we never heard a siren or ANY street noise.

The toilet is, in fact, discreet. It's a weird design choice that I've seen elsewhere. The best that I can come up with is that it's a space saver.
I'm not sure either. We didn't need this service while there.
A taxi is the quickest way. Cost is about 30 euros. The hotel will arrange a car pick up for 49 euros. The driver will meet you inside the airport with your last name on a sign, if you wish special treatment.
It's not too far. Probably about fifteen to twenty minutes walk and not hilly. I'm not sure how much travel you have done in Europe but the old town in Frankfurt is pretty but not that large as the majority of Frankfurt was destroyed in the Second World War. The hotel is almost on the riverside and would suggest crossing the river to Sachsenhausen where it remained intact. Has more of a traditional feel with a nice selection of bars and restaurants. Hope this helps and enjoy your travels. Regards Paul
