To e honest this review is overdue for a number of stay's, it was not my first stay, I have visited this hotel for the past 3 years and never managed to get to write a review, sorry about the late delivery. Over the past years and again this time around the welcome is excellent and people "walk the extra mile" to deliver a excellent service in challenging situations, I have not been once disappointed staying here, excellent price value equation, great service offered, excellent rooms and top of the line staff! Thank you for the extra efforts and the great service delivery! Hotels are not lifted by it's infrastructure, hotels are lifted by the people that deliver each and every day the very best to make a stay enjoyable, Thank you very much for your efforts and attitude! I will for sure return to my "home away from home"…

Have stayed in this hotel on and off the past few months, during COVID-19. The hotel takes hygiene and cleanliness seriously during this period. Rooms are sanitized and clean. Staffs are all masked, especially when interacting with guests. During room service meal delivery, staff will maintain their distance. Understandably, due to COVID rooms are currently equipped with minimal items, as in many hotels worldwide. Minibar emptied, nil stationery, minimal bathroom amenities, etc. However, at every visit, I noticed that there are always some fixed items that are not repaired or missing. The bathroom will have towel hooks missing, towel rack missing (there are holes in the wall where the hooks used to be), in-room kettle not in the best condition, room and bathroom lighting will have some lights inoperative, etc. I have stayed in this hotel these few months and these niggling defects are always there, in every room. The location is good if one is looking for an airport hotel. This hotel is probably one of the better airport hotels near Frankfurt Airport. If the hotel will take better notice of the missing or defective items in the rooms, this will be a great place to stay near the airport.…

Hi guys! Confortable hotel. Good products at bathroom, a very cleaned room with a great bed, incredible food and helpful and kind staff. I forgot my pijama and they sent it to me to Spain. You will feel really good there.

Good hotel, friendly service generally good COVID-19 procedures But found a long hair on one of the twin beds which means the sheets had not been changed under the quilt Room 440 on 10/08/20 Also toilet was not properly cleaned, Maybe a one off mistake, but needs To be addressed given the current environment
