Very clean .Short walking distance to the airport great location. Room are small but due able. Staff is helpful and friendly . Their breakfast is fantastic bets the airport food, I would defently book again.
This is a hotel with friendly staff that is close to the airport. That's the good part. The rooms however are tiny (think Hong Kong and then even smaller) and yet still quite pricey. Hotels in Hamburg often can get away with this because the city lacks enough rooms. As such this isn't a bad place to stay but if you compare what you are getting here to other major cities around the world you will feel a bit let down. I particularly disliked the too-short blanket on my bed. While the mattress is acceptable the bedding in general is hospital-quality at best.

Clean: you can feel like home. Cozy: small room but with smart design. Quiet: although it's is very close to airport, I didn't hear any noise. The personnel is very polite. The breakfast is decent. It's a perfect choice and cost effective, for those that need a room just to sleep well at the night. If you own a car (parking costs 10€/day) it takes just 20-25mins from the center of Hamburg.
After a four hour train and subway ride ahead of our early morning flight we wanted four things: a quiet room, a clean bed, a comfortable mattress and a hot shower. We found all those things and more at the Motel One near the airport. The rooms are small and just enough for a quick stay which I assume most people want here since it is five minutes from the airport or 3700 Meters. The place was packed when we arrived and you can take the subway to the airport here and then catch a cab, but best to go to the departure level since it is such a short ride. The cabbies at the arrival level did not want to go a short distance after waiting in line. The lobby seemed fun with a bar and snacks.
