The hotel loction is very good, next to the U station, and different coffee shops.
The room is excellent, always cleaning, big and comfortable, the bathroom is really nice...the workers are all kind and patient.
One thing we didn't like, we arrived at night after a long long trip and we were very hungry, the kitchen of the restaurant was closed.

I stayed here with my other half for a long weekend. The room was very nice with lots mirrors! One disappointing aspect was that the hotel only cleans your room every 3 days, apparently because of COVID measures, but as far as I can tell this was the only measure applied form the hotel. Many of the guests roamed around the hotel mask free and with little care for the restrictions. Other than that the hotel offered a nice stay as the location was fairly good. Also, the breakfast was very good with lots of selection. The spa was a nice experience even at an extra €14/pp, I would recommend it for a day.

Really smart hotel in art deco style. Excellent buffet breakfast. Not far from tram and U-bahn. Very good gym. We recommend getting a room tariff that includes access to the excellent spa, otherwise there’s an additional charge. Make sure you experience the “aufguss” in the sauna! This spa is very good for a hotel. Robes are provided in room. Rooms are not massive, but adequate. Hotel has its own patisserie which produced wonderful aromas!

Our only complaint is that some people were very noisy in the spa relaxation rooms and paid little attention to the spa policies. The spa staff were great, especially the aufguss guy, but a bit more “policing” of the rules would help!

When we arrived, the man at the front desk was very unpleasant and a bit rude. He basically took our payment details and did not say anything about breakfast or any of the other amenities at the hotel. Nothing like the standard information you normally get when you arrive at a hotel.
We got our room keys and went up to our rooms to get ready for the evening. I was greeted by an unemptied bin with the previous guest's tissues in it and in the bathroom the toiletries were already opened and used.
The mini bar was empty and there was no tea or coffee by the kettle. This might not have been as dissapointing if the staff at least had mentioned it.

In the bathroom there were no place to put your things, like a shelf or even a hook, so you had to put your toiletry bag by the kettle in the room or just put your things on the bathroom floor.
The water pressure in the showers was so weak that you kind of had to hug the cold wall to get any water on you. It was the same situation in four different rooms so i'm sure it is a problem in the whole building.

Basically, I feel that they overcharge for what you get and are not very welcoming towards the guests at the front desk.
It looks like it might have been a really nice hotel not so long ago based on older reviews but right now they seem to have lost all passion for the hospitality business and it really reflects on the customer experience.

To add at least one positive thing, the breakfast was all right with a good selection of food and drinks and the host there seemed friendly. The tables are really close to each other though so you should try to go at a time when it's not that busy if you stay there.

I will not be staying there on my next trip to Berlin and i would recommend others to look at other options right now.

This hotel looks boring from the outside but inside it was absolutely beautiful. Traveling as a single woman, I was looking for safe, secure, nice, and a spa ! I got it all here. Location is a little off the tourist path, but so close to public subway and easy to walk to the Berlin wall and even to the main DB train station. Make sure you get the included breakfast when you book your room, it is such a spectacular breakfast buffet. It was in a nice spacious breakfast restaurant overlooking the main street. It was a great place to relax and plan out my day! There is also a nice indoor pool and spa area -- but be aware that there is a separate charge. Approx. $12 usd per time to use it. I used it a few days while I was there and it was so worth the money because it was during the hot spell in July and it was nice to come back to the hotel in the afternoon and swim, rest, and then go out again. The rooms are nice and big and modern. It seems like the hotel was business oriented, so I did get a lot of help at the front desk for getting rides, booking tickets, maps, etc. There is also a nice bar and restaurant cafe on property. I'd definitely go back.

Upon checkin, the receptionist was not at all polite, she charged 770 euro to my card instead of 520 euro without advising me later claiming because of a 50 euro a day deposit.
The room smelt of a chain smoking man, only one robe was available and we were 2 people. I contacted the hotel advising that it was my girlfriends birthday months before, asking them to do something nice for her (obviously I said I would pay) nothing of the sort happened.. I had to remind them twice for a cake as the first reminder was forgotten. In the meantime the room still smelt after many complaints.
We knew that we had to pay extra for the spa but even upon paying 14 euros per person they do not supply robes and slippers, you have to pay an additional payment for those. Moreover, the lockers cannot be used unless you are a gym member.
Last but certainly not least upon checkout, I was re charged 590 euros (including extras), still having the 770 euro withheld from my card. I was told that I would get the 770 back in 2 days however this was not the case until today (4 days after). Instead after 2 days the the 590 euro were taken.
I certainly do not reccomend this hotel to anyone and would not visit again myself.
Only plus points are the great breakfast and restaurants

Booked this trip as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday!! The hotel was spotless throughout our stay. (3 nights) It was always incredibly clean and peaceful! The room was stunning!! My favourite part of the room was the king size bed, big tv, lots of storage space, huge walk in shower, and a robe / pair of slippers each in the wardrobe! It was perfect for us! Although we was out sightseeing every day, we still enjoyed coming back to our nice hotel. I would recommend this lovely romantic hotel for couples. Berlin Tegal airport is roughly around 20-25 minutes in the car and most sights are no further than a 30 minute drive so it was a fairly central location. We got everywhere by either walking, bus or Uber, although there is an underground located 2 minutes down the road.
We honestly had the best trip away, so thank you!

Stayed here for three nights in the Titanic Suite.
The staff were friendly, the room was clean (although the tea/coffee were not topped up on days 2 and 3 and the milk was powdered), the breakfast was really good and the spa was good. The restaurant was also good except that the prices are a little high.

However, I picked this hotel because it had a suite with a sofa bed, doors between the bedroom and living area, and I snore (it is advertised for 3 people max). The sofa bed was stained and broken as the head end kept dropping down with when one lay on it due to there being no support under it, also the sofa back was at an angle pushing towards you, therefore when you sat on it, you were pushed forwards (see picture). Fortunately the hotel added a single bed in the room and the guy was very friendly. The sliding doors do not block any sound between the rooms.

Plus point = great view of the Television Tower.

This was the best room in a 4 star hotel. Please change your sofa beds!!!!!!!

It was a last minute trip and I have to say the location is quite practical, easy to reach from Berlin HBF, tram up to 200m from the front door. We arrived late on Sunday (don’t expect much in the way of drinks in the area on a Sunday, I think we were turned down around 8 times in a 2 mile radius). When we got to the room it wasn’t very spacious but the mirrors made it feel more so. There were just a lot of little things wrong, the bedside lamp on my side of the bed was broken. The shaving mirror in the bathroom wasn’t staying up. The hand soap was taken by room service but not replaced. The bed was nice, but not the king we asked for, just two singles pushed together and the crack in the middle.

We’d booked a spa day for the Monday, nice and relaxing. We went down in our easy clothes and got quite an irritable receptionist, because we “weren’t in a robe”. We didn’t have robes in our room, even though we’d booked the spa day in advance. I.s.o, just letting us go in, or giving us robes there, we were sent back to our room to “Wait for Robes”. We received them half an hour later, I think fresh out the dryer because they were still wet, which begs the question wether we didn’t have them because they forgot or they didnt have enough. We were allowed in with the robes but not allowed to use lockers because that was for members only. The spa itself was nice but also limited enough that we didn’t spend more than an hour and a half there.

We spent both the nights getting drinks at the bar, because as much as a lively reputation Berlin has for nightlife, we didn’t get much of it around the hotel. Service was decent, big glasses, not expensive, did take a while.

All and all I’d say my stay was good. Worth the €230 per night? Might have been with a little more attention to detail.

If you want friendly and attentive staff, do not stay at this location. While checking in, the front desk woman was extremely rude and was not interested in offering any help during the check in process whatsoever. Unfortunately, this was the same woman I had while checking out. She was not interested in ANYTHING related to the stay. She charged me for my parking, and sent me on my way. While I stayed at this location, I decided to go to the bar one night to have a drink before hitting the town. There were only 5 people sitting in the bar during this time, I left after 20 minutes of not receiving any service. The rooms are extremely small, and despite what the website says, are not soundproof. With the price you pay for this hotel, I would suggest staying somewhere else.
