I cannot speak too highly of this hotel. Firstly, its location, 5 minutes walk from Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station. This means you can get from Berlin Brandenburg Airport on the S-Bahn S9 line without needing to change. There are also plenty of eateries in the Hackescher Markt square. A short walk from Hackescher Markt brings you to the Spree waterfront and the Museum Island. The hotel itself is stylish and contemporary. Our room, though not huge, was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, in spite of being at the front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and although the rooftop bar wasn’t open, we could still take drinks up there from the main bar on the ground floor. All the staff we met spoke perfect English, and were without exception polite and helpful. Highly recommended!…
Hotel location is 10/10! Rooms are comfy, more spacious they I expected, super comfortable beds / pillows, wonderful large shower. Only downside is there is no fridge or toiletries provided however everything else exceeded expectations especially for the price. Didn’t have time to see the rooftop bar but from photos it looked amazing! Can’t wait to come again and stay in this same hotel.
Everything worked excellent. Hotel was modern, breakfast was delicious and there was No noise from the city or the bars. We will stay her again, and next time we Hope its warm enough to sit at the roof top and drink Coffee.
We had a great stay at Zoe by Amano. It has a really good and quite central location in Berlin! Very accessible with public transportation. It is really beautiful and clean as well. We were staying at the top floor and didn’t experience any noise pollution at all.
Keeping it brief, the positives: Excellent location Brilliant sound insulation so we had no idea there was a tram stop immediately outside Friendly and helpful staff No problem to store bags for an evening flight Very swish and stylish The negatives: Pillows are wafer thin (even 2 together were barely noticeable) The lighting is so dim it became oppressive Insufficient usable mirrors (only one in the bedroom was in the back of the bathroom door so you took your life in your hands to use that whilst anyone else was using the only other one in the bathroom) Hairdryer had a safety cut out that took forever to cool down Modern concrete walls with contrasting darker grey and black eyes depressing Floors were very dusty by the time we left after 3 nights.
