This hotel has good sized room, some with views over the park on the main road, or a quiet courtyard. The breakfast bar is very good, with plenty of choice. Unfortunately, during my business stay here the paying wifi was not working and had to resort to other gizmos to stay connected.

The hotel in itself was fine, every thing average and friendly helpful staff. Downside was the immediate location - in a very run down area. Not much to see, do or explore in the vicinity. Some great Turkish take-aways but apart from that not much else. That said the public transport connections were good and it was close to the main park and a 20 minute walk from the Reichstag. Can't help feeling we could have gotten better for the same price in a more 'happening' area.

We would definitely choose again the Park Hotel Moabit. First of all for the quietness of the room which is most important for us. Room very pleasant and very clean. The ladies at reception and the breakfast waiter are very professional and always eager to help and make your stay a pleasant one.
The location is perfect, lively area, underground station Turmstrasse just 1 minute away, buses..very easy to get around.
Numerous shops and restaurant at your doorstep. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks to all the staff from room 608. Keep up the good work!

Having flown into Berlin very early in the morning i went to hotel right away to ask if it was possible to store my luggage until checkin time. It turned out the clerk check me in right away at 9:30am and i could already move into my room.
The room itself was very generous and very clean!
Situated right next to a subway-station also getting around in Berlin turned out to be very pleasant.
The complimentary breakfast buffet was very rich and also with a lot of fresh and healthy choices!
The only point that is worth critiquing is that you have to pay for the WLan.
After checking out i was offered a free coffee since i had to kill some time in there lounge.
Overall i will definitely come back to this very nice business hotel!

The rooms are large with a kingsize bed , balcony. and a very modern shower and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is generous with a large choice to suit all tastes.Staff is courteous and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again. There is a supermarket right next door and a large drug store and C & A clothing opposite. There is wi-fi but no pc for guests to use.

Average hotel but great location (bus and metro stations directly at the entrance)
Breakfast was good
Rooms were very hot (January) and we couldn't turn the hot air down
You have to take your suitcases on 20 stairs before arriving to the elevator or reception, so not very convenient for people with back aches problem or handicaps

We stayed one night at this hotel. It was convenient and at a reasonable price. It is a bit strange though. The reception is on the 1st floor so there are stairs to get to the elevator on floor 0. Not super convenient with luggage.

The room was nice and even had a little balcony with a table and chairs.
The breakfast was very nice! All in all a nice place at a good price.

It's a 13 euro cab fare to TXL airport

Good value hotel within easy reach of Tegel airport and the centre of Berlin. We stayed in one of the slightly more expensive Park rooms which overlook the courtyard at the back of the hotel. The extra cost proved to be well worthwhile as the room was wonderfully peaceful - had absolutely no problems getting to sleep.

Excellent buffet breakfast each morning amongst what appeared to be a largely German clientele. Praise also for the staff at the reception desk who proved to be very helpful.

The only thing I would add is that I'd avoid walking around the park (Kleine Tiergarten) directly opposite the Hotel as it seems to have become a bit of a hangout for local drunks. If you're looking for an evening stroll, you'd do better IMO to head south towards the river.

I stayed at the golden tulip hotel whilst visiting Berlin on a business trip. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. The room was of a good standard, clean and had everything I needed including a balcony but I didnt get to use it because it was -10.

The reception staff were very helpful, the breakfast buffet was nice and the restaurant itself was modern. However it didn't have a bar!

As for the location it was about a 10 minute taxi from tegal airport which cost about 15 euros. There are a few restaurants near by and a couple of bars.

I chose this because of the proximity to the our company office in Berlin. Unfortunately I didn't get to see much else.

Rooms are spacious, comfy beds, quiet, ours had a balcony towards the garden/courtyard.Breakfast has a good variety of everything you need. Friendly staff. U-Bahn and bus-stop just outside the entrance.
Indoor parking if you get here by car (€11 per night). Recommended!
