    Thank you for your feedback. Your kind comments on the service quality are much appreciated. Regarding the in-room amenities, a toothbrush is indeed not part of our standard room set-up but will be happily supplied by our housekeeping team on request. A laundry bag should have been available in the closet on one of coat hangers. I apologize if this was missing in your room.

    Hi, could someone please tell me how to get from the airport SXF to the hotel by train? Is it fairly easy to do?
    Sorry flew in to Tegel. Got taxi to Hiton. Taxis are efficient and reasonably priced
