Adina is a nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, an amazing location. Just 1 train stop from Berlin Central Station. Rooms are big with great little balconies. Bed is very comfortable and one of the best things is great water pressure, a must when you have thick hair or you take an hour shower! Did not have the breakfast or look at the pool so can not comment on either of these, but did see many using the pool. Great supermarket just 3 blocks away if you are so inclined to cook in your room. I highly suggest anyone stay here with the understanding of a few issues. There is currently no air conditioning in the entire hotel. We did get a fan that helped a bit, but with the hot weather in the 80's the room day and NIGHT was stifling warm. The oven is impossible to figure out. When we finally did it smoked a lot. Which brings me to the next point to consider, the fire alarm. It went off 3 times in our 4 day stay. Everyone must leave the hotel, the police and fire department come and have to clear the alarm. Many people standing around in robes and bathing suits. In speaking to the server at the amazing Italian restaurant across the street, it happens all the time. During the week days it is loud early in the morning, I am talking like 6am. Big city, I guess this is a big city issue. But 6am on pretty consistent was very irritating. All in all we did really like the hotel, location and the friendly staff. Would recommend if you can deal with a couple minor irritants in my opinion. …
We stayed in a one bedroom suite, and were provided with two extra beds in the lounge for our preteen and teenager. It was all a perfect size for our family of 4. Very impressed with the kitchen, even a dishwasher, and washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and a good way to start the day. The kids loved the pool - it's a great bonus in an inner city hotel. The location is really perfect, both for walking into the main centre of Berlin, but also with easy access to buses and U-bahn. I feel this hotel combines the best of self-catering apartment + hotel accommodation, and would definitely recommend and hopefully visit again.
Hotels air conditioning was our old service. Apparent,y it had been for days. We would have booked somewhere else as it was 90 degrees but nothing was available by time we checked in. They offered us a fan and ice
The hotel is fantastic and spotless, the people are fantastic, its in a great area, but i am afraid our weekend was spoiled by the fact that the A/C did not work, i never slept in three nights and have come home shattered. But if you can stand the heat and they get the A/C fixed, i 100% endorse this hotel
Checked in for a four night stay in the middle of June only to find out there is no air conditioning. We were told it hasn't worked for a week and wouldn't be fixed for at least another week. Berlin is not very hot yet, but the afternoon and late evening left our apartment uncomfortably warm even with the windows open. If you are staying here this summer double check it is fixed or stay somewhere else.
The appartments are spacious, clean and provide all necessary equipment, large TV, fast WLAN combined with an elegant, but also cosy climate / atmosphere - very convenient in all aspects, even with a pool and gym area in the basement. The service was supportive, friendly and professional: My personal highlight was Mr. Hagar`s Service in the Restaurant: He really takes care of his guests, is allover the place, keeps everything ready for your needs and seems to love his job and to fullfill every wishes or demands - extraordinary! HIghly recommendable place, for short business trips as well as for longer stays in Berlin.
It is a wonderful experience at the Adina Apartment Hotel. Well connected, good food and very humble and professional staff members. Very clean and spacious rooms. A place worth staying in Berlin 😃😃
Our first time staying in an Adina apartment didn't disappoint. So comfortable and convenient, it really met our needs. The staff were great and very helpful. We will definitely stay again. We look forward to oyr next trip.
It really is a great place to stay in Berlin! My one bedroom apartment had everything I could wish for. I especially appreciated the washing machine and the dryer. I travel light even for long business trips, so having a dryer right in the apartment is a BIG plus. I was very happy with the facility, but I would like to take this chance to send a big shout out to the staff working there. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, especailly Julia and Michael at the Reception and Awsam at the breakfast hall, thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality! Highly recommend!
The 3-bed apartment/room had everything a family of 5 needed for 6 nights. We were fortunate to be on the 7th floor so the city view was amazing. The breakfast was consistently good and the service from all hotel staff was excellent. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasurable.
