Firstly the location, the hotel is within a few minutes walk of Alexanderplatz, transport are ridiculous, trams, buses, U Bahn and S Bahn are all accessible here. So no issues there. From the airport it is the S9 Spandau train. 20 minutes The hotel has a large reception area on the right and a Concierge desk on the left with IT stations behind it. Our room was a large double that was clean and had no issues with it. The en suite is a decent size with a 3 way shower. Towels were replaced on a daily basis. The rooms were cleaned also on a daily basis. Breakfast was of a good standard, with a wide selection on offer. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much for them. I would reccommend using the concierge service, he was so helpful. In addition if you are there for a few days buy the Berlin Card. There are many eateries within a few minutes walk, HOWEVER, the hotel does not do evening meals apart from snacks. The staff are absolutely brilliant, nothing is too much for them. The bottom line is would I stay there again. Definitely,…
Hotel did a good job of organising and spacing out the shared areas (breakfast room/seating and reception). Hand gel all around the hotel, required to wear a mask at all times and all guests were complying so we felt safe at all times. Short walk to main attractions, shops, cafe, transport etc all close by. Would recommend
My wife and I stayed 5 nights, May 18th-22nd. This hotel was one of our favorite hotels from our 35 day Europe trip. We walked from the Alexanderplatz train station, with pull behind luggage. It really wasn’t a bad walk at all. And regular back and forth walking was super easy for us. The location of the hotel is very good. Far enough away from Alexanderplatz itself, so you dont have that whole scene by your hotel. There is a tram stop vey close too. Check in, and check out, went very well. Everyone we met from the hotel, were very pleasant and helpful. The inside of the hotel looks nice. Our room was on the top floor. It was usually quiet up there. There is a bit of emergency siren noises throughout the day and night. But with the air conditioning running, it is hardly an issue. The room looked good, smelled good, and was fairly large. A pleasant space that you did not mind spending time in. Everything in the room worked well. The bathroom was plenty large, and worked well. The breakfast area, and seating area, was quite nice. And lots of space. And the breakfasts were delicious! Some of the best hotel breakfasts we had during our trip. We had a fantastic stay. We would absolutely stay there again. And we hope to return in the not so distant future. Thanks for everything.…
