Whilst claiming to have a modern merditerranean vibe, the reality is somewhat different. The rooms are somewhat tired, with lots of odd bits of brown furniture. The bathrooms need to be refubished. The photographs flatter this hotel. There was also quite a bit of noise from the corridor / adjacent rooms. Would say it was great value for the money.

There is historical building (previously some monastery) with a large backyard for walking in the evening. Staff is really professional, helpful and gentle. They accept friendly our request to complete check in the night. I appreciate the level of service and cleanliness in the hotel and rooms. In front of hotel you can find large free parking place. Room space is enough for comfortable staying. On the photo seems bigger:)

Stayed here while in fussen Germany. There are steps to get in, however then you have access to a lift for elevated floors. Room was small but clean and beds were okay. Bathroom while good size had a terrible shower with very little water pressure and hard to adjust water temperature. Breakfast was included and was was adequate. Not spectacular but adequate. Staff was pleasant and spoke English. Parking is free but is down a hill and requires steps or downhill walk to access. No air conditioning and no screens in the windows so a few bugs visited. I would choose another hotel should I visit fussen again, closer to the old town.

Stayed for four nights in February. Great room, great, spotless bathroom and a beautiful view into the forest. The staff are very special people and included with your room is a Fussen Card which allows for free bus transit. Walking distance from the main train station. My only complaint would be the hallway noise and noise through the walls from adjacent rooms. I wear earplugs while sleeping so once those were in, noise was not an issue. Great housekeeping. Highly recommend.

We stayed in room 203 of this hotel from 11-13 September 2018. The experience was very disappointing. The room is extremely basic. There is no air-conditioning which will make the rooms very uncomfortable during the summer, especially a hot summer like we had this year. There is no safe and no fridge in the room and no coffee making facilities. There is also no bidet in the bathroom which is fairly common in good quality German hotels. Moreover there was black mould on the grouting of the bathroom tiles. The beds were uncomfortable. There is no small bottle of water in the room for the guests to use as is usual in most good hotels in Germany and would have been expected considering the high cost of the hotel. You can buy a bottle for €3.90. The WiFi in the room and in the part of the hotel were the room was located was not working. The front office staff promised to look into this but nothing changed. In order to have WiFi you have to go to the front of the hotel near the check-in area. There is no restaurant. The breakfast is simple. One day when we came down for breakfast the coffee machine was still not working but was in a cleaning cycle. This should have been done the evening before or well before breakfast started. There is 1 lift which is switched off at 08:30pm until the next morning. The steps to the front door are in a bad shape and partly broken. Most staff were friendly with the exception of one receptionist which was quite indifferent. The cost of the hotel is excessive considering what is being offered. This is not an hotel we will ever go back to.
