    EXCELLENT SERVICE
    Excellent service. Prices affordable, very very location in front of the Hofbahnhof. Everything to please you. The bar does the job and you feel alike at home.........almost :-) I strongly recommend it!

    how much does it cost for a self served laundry ? what's the size of urban room with 2 beds. Thanks
    There was no charge to USE the laundry; I had my own soap. Don’t know how much the soap might have cost if you need to purchase. The dryer was different. The moisture from wet contents gathered into a tray that needed to be emptied, similar to a dehumidifier. Someone else using the unit showed me how to empty it. Ask staff if you can’t figure out. I think the room sizes are listed on the page that describes the differing rooms. If not, email the hotel. I thought they were pretty well designed. Small, but with space for everything.

    Do you have a safe in each room? Also a refrigerator?
    There was a small safe in the closet adjacent the bathroom in all three of the rooms we had. Also each room had a small refrigerator. I believe we booked one king and two double rooms. The largest size they had. Additionally, we’re Starwood Platinum, so we had plenty of free bottled water in each of our rooms. You might want to check to make sure all rooms have the fridges.

    I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member. Is breakfast free for Platinum Elite members?
    For Platinum yes. Also note that they don't always automatically give free drinks at the bar but we're very accommodating when I asked of they would. Helpful votes are appreciated

    Hello! What time does breakfast start? And am I able to drive to the hotel and drop off my luggage for check-in, before returning the rented car.
    Dear helloturbano, breakfast starts from Monday to Friday at 6 until 10 and on Saturday and Sunday at 7 until 11. Of course you can drop off your luggage for Check-In at our Front Desk. Hope to welcome you soon! Best regards, Aloft Team
