When approaching this hotel, make sure that you get the right building when you enter. The building on the corner is not the hotel, and you will spend a lot of time hanging around waiting to find out you need to go further along.

Remember, if you want to stay in your hotel for half of your day then it might be not your ideal place to stay. But if you are visiting Munich and wanting to discover by the closest area then this place is great.
So people questioned about the neighborhood but I didn't had any problem during night time. Not to mention, my room was very clean and I had my own bathroom so I am satisfied with that. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me :)
