I was visiting Leonardo with my wife in Baden-Baden for a couple of weeks and I must say our stay was most pleasant. The staff is most hospitable, helpful and friendly. Facilities are best-in-class including a beautifully heated pool and well equipped fitness area. The location is also quite convenient. It is about 10 minutes walk to the shopping center and has all the amenities within 2 to 5 minutes. Rooms are clean with a beautiful balcony overseeing the nature of Baden-Baden. It is superior for the value for money and the experience was exceptional.

The hotel was excellent all around. Excellent service, kind staff, great food. The rooms was very comfortable and spacious. The gym was nice and the pool was heated. The director (Elmar) was happy to help and answer any questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Our stay at Leonardo hotel was brilliant. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Baden Baden. The hotel is located close to the centre of town, and is set in lovely grounds with a pool and gym. The room was spotless and the beds comfy. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choice - eggs, sausages, rosti, cold meats, cheeses, breads, croissants, fruit, yoghurt etc. The best thing was the friendly staff - everyone we encountered at breakfast, in the bar and on reception went out of their way to help us and provide excellent service. It was my friend’s birthday and they sang happy birthday and gave us a complimentary drink. Thank you to Elmerfur especially.
