The room was generous, the balcony huge, and the bed comfy. The staff were great. The breakfast 5 star on day one and 3 star day two as the cake was re-cycled from the previous day. The evening bar food was poor and dull. (We went over the road to the Sofitel roof bar the next night and that was great). However, this modern hotel favours design over function. Just one example; the toilet in the room, not big enough to swing a towel, was situated in the lounge area and was 15 paces to the nearest sink not to mention how unpleasant it was for the person using the desk! And, but this was probably maintenance department stuff, the sliding glass doors between bathroom and bedroom did not close by 20cm. It's the little things that make or break.
Great location with a carpark underneath with discounted parking prices via the helpful reception.
Nice enough restaurant for dinner, although for breakfast the croissants and breads were stale and coffee awful. Go down the road if you have time.
Pool looks great, however only useable in the heat of summer as it is all day in the shade.
When checking in was told breakfast was included - I did say I hadn’t included the breakfast when booking but was told it was included, when checking out I was told this wasn’t the case and when I said that’s what we were told he said there are new staff and they made a mistake and that it was my problem. Absolutely true! The behaviour of the receptionist absolutely ruined our stay. My problem! As if I am responsible for their staff! Absolutely never had this at any hotel ever - certainly not one purporting to be 4 star. Awful sexist mansplainer - maybe someone could teach him politeness?
On the whole a very clean good solid 3 star hotel. Beach is in walking distance.
Rooms are all in all simple but comfortable.
Really a beautiful accommodation
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were attentive and attentive throughout our stay. The family room was spacious, well equipped, and offered all the necessary comforts for everyone to feel comfortable.
Breakfast was a real treat, with a nice variety of choices to satisfy young and old. The children particularly enjoyed fresh pastries, while we enjoyed local produce and fresh juices.
The location of the hotel is ideal: a stone’s throw from the Old Port, we were able to explore the city easily on foot. After our days of discovery, we were delighted to find the calm and elegant atmosphere of the hotel.
Many thanks to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to all families looking for quality accommodation in Marseille.

Came with family for the weekend.
Arrived Friday,
We ask where to park our car.
The hotel tells us that parking is available and will cost us 50 euros to pay to the establishment.
We accept and are reassured to find where to park.
We found our broken car on Sunday morning among 8 other cars that had also been there.
Car broken into, suitcases completely open.
Pieces of glass everywhere.
(With young children)
We talk about it to the hotel who tells us that it's quite common in Marseille and it happens a lot on weekends.
Except that we would have liked to be warned.
The only thing they offer us in compensation is to fill out the first complaint and repair our window with cardboard and big black tape because they generally offer that (given the usual way).
Not to mention the Elis truck which unloads at 5 a.m. and which makes a lot of noise. (I wouldn't have said anything but given the hotel's lack of empathy)

The location is perfect, I was able to do everything on foot, it was really close to all my must-sees (practical because what bothers me in Marseille is really the transport network). The swimming pool is very pleasant, the bedding is very comfortable, the room spacious, and surprisingly very quiet, clearly the promises are kept. The staff is very accommodating and very outgoing) shout out to the very sunny bartender.
I finish with breakfast, an essential criterion for me which validates or not the recommendation: super complete and delicious (don't miss the scramble eggs).
I recommend and will come back as soon as I have the opportunity,
Mathilde

Bright environment, modern furnishings, very functional rooms, kind and collaborative concierge staff.
Good value for money especially on weekends, with interesting and advantageous offers.
Public parking under the hotel very convenient. Full daily rate €40 which the hotel discounts to €25 for guests!

Spacious and comfortable rooms.
