This hotel was quite charming BEFORE they changed management.....the new staff have lowered the standard of quality and service; Moldy bathrooms, bad plumbing with toilettes overflowing daily, Rude Pool man who is disrespectful to clients....we were asked to leave the pool at 10 am because he wanted to clean the area!! Unbelievable!!! Why is this not done earlier when the clients are not there!!? Tried to tell him this and he rudely replied that it was his job!! Sent a mail to the Director Ms Conny S, who of course was conveniently absent the morning we checked out!! Her response was indifferent and defensive. It is obvious that this staff do not care about the clients anymore!! The receptionist Ms Julia was the only bright moment in our stay as was the night guard Mr Mohamed who were both there to clean up the flooded toilet from the faulty plumbing (twice!)!! Bath water from the upper level clients!!! Disgusting especially during a Pandemic!!!!!! No apologies or gestures to compensate for this bad experience...so unprofessional! BIG SHAME as we had enjoyed many stays here in the past but this will be our last one without regret!!

Great location, very nice and efficient team, an ideal spot to relax and visit the area. Everything was perfect. No hesitation to recommend this hotel for a few days or more. A few meters away from the city center and the beach. Nice pools, quiet among pine trees.

We had a wonderfull experience in this hotel in Sainte Maxime that is near to Sainte Tropez. We got an amazing rooms with our own terraze. The place is very clean, quiet. The owner is amazing and the food is the best. This is a very good place to stay I will return to this place without any doubt. The only warning is that they do not speak English and you may need to use a lot your goggle translator, however that are use to receive tourist from all over the world. Parking is free and the location is the best!! I am still dreaming about this place

Fantastic Oasis away from all the hustle. Five min walk to town and main beach. Highly recommended. All rooms are equally good so there’s no need to worry about requesting a special one. Two pools, one slightly heated. Wish we had decided to stay longer. Great tennis court too!
