We stayed at this hotel for a night and found it to be decent The reception ladies are very unhelpful though and are not cooperative with check in and check out times at all The room size is good. City centre (Capitole) is about a 17-18min walk There is no bottled water provided in the rooms !!

Regarding the mineral water, for ecological reasons, we do not distribute water bottles in the apartments. Not pleasant to be under the roof without A/C during hot days. The miserable fan provided was ridiculously ineffective. The room had a strong sewer smell in the evening. Using residhotel regularly for business without a complain. Big disappointment to bring my family there.

I stayed the first time in a Apartement-Hotel and I will do it never again. The room was spacious but very dirty and bad equipped. If I used the broken water-tap in the kitchen the floor totally wet. The same by using the shower in the Bathroom. I stayed 6 Nights in the Hotel and there was no Room-Service. The breakfast was ok and the area of the hotel is nice and very close to the old city center. But I would never stay again at this hotel.
