Everytime I come to Toulouse, I go to this hotel. It’s really nice and I like the way it is. The quality of the service they offer you can’t be disappointed. The team is on point and the location is well deserved by bus or tram, restaurants and a shopping area.
The area is not nice but the hotel is a comfortable one. It is easy to reach it from the airport or city center (tramway), and the vet school is at walking distance. Clean, quiet and comfortable, a good choice. Breakfast is also fine.
We booked last minute & were charged 105€ for a very tiny, shabby basic room overlooking the motorway. Handy for both the airport & the university hospital which was the reason we picked it. We had to walk through staff leaning on the outside wall smoking & it was downhill from there. Bored, rude staff and the feeling that they just wanted you in & our ASAP. We booked to eat in the restaurant. It was a cold buffet that had been put down uncovered when we arrived. The flies seemed to enjoy it. We asked for steak which was on the menu and the waitress seemed to have no idea what we were talking about so we went elsewhere. Nobody told us, not could we find the time for breakfast. We got down at 9.15 to be told they were closing & had time to grab a cup of tea and a hardboiled egg. The staff were just surly and very rude. We’d had to wait to get out of our room which had been blocked by the cleaning staff trolly. Never again. They just want your money without any pretense at civility. There is parking and as said, it’s handily located but it’s the rough end of town. We live in France and this was our worst hotel experience at the most extortionate price. …
One night spent in the hotel was very pleasant. Quiet and comfortable I had a good night sleep. Food was not the best. With very little options for anyone who is vegetarian - but it seems to be a running theme of the region.
