As written in the title, everything great. The only improvement that would make this hotel perfect would be to have room cleaning a bit more often than once per week (this is proposed as optional service at an additional fee).

The reception was efficient. The access is a bit tricky to find but we managed. The reception area was deceptively indicated as 1st floor while in fact it is 8th or 9th floor. Our studio was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was served in a to-go paper bag but coffee and tea is self served and available around the clock. Breakfast items were more than enough to eat and all tasted good. We even saved the remaining for the road. Thank you. We had a good stay with you.

Visiting Toulouse in March means taking a chance on the weather as it can change from warm (65 F/17 C) and sunny to a mini-hail storm and cold wind (down to 50 F/13 C) in a few moments... We chose this "apart'hotel" with separate (spacious) living room, including a small kitchenette, for its flexibility & also close (about 200 meters) from the central train station: Matabiau. Tip: If you want a taxi from the train, offer them a fixed price of 15 or 20 Euros to take you right to the hotel as cabbies do not want such a short trip on their meter but with luggage it can seem far (and we got hailed on in the 15 minute walk!)... As others have said, this modern, efficient hotel is a wonderful haven with daily maid service (ours was excellent!), the front-desk staff was friendly & knowledgeable; and the kitchen although very tiny had everything we needed including a dishwasher, sponge, towel... The bed was very comfortable and the electric radiators worked well. Although on the 3d floor on a busy street the insulation is excellent and so No street noise at all. Note that this hotel is in the Pullman Hotel building and the Reception is on the upper floor with a separate entrance from the 4 star Pullman. No real lobby but the 2 elevators worked fine. There is breakfast (for an extra charge) and another 200 meters away there is a great Carrefour City supermarket with everything you'd need for easy cooking. The Front Desk will show you where & give a handy city map. Bus 23 runs on the Avenue & the Metro stop is about 100 meters away.

I stayed here with my wife and 6 year old son for a week and we loved the place. The apartment is much larger than the one in St. Cyprien and the location is quite central. A few minutes walk on either side will get you to Canal du Midi and Jean Jaures metro stations. Likewise, there are also convenience stores such as Carrefour and Intermarche which are quite close by. The residence is one of the largest service apartments I've stayed in Toulouse and our balcony on the 16th floor gave us a good view of the city and the canal. Breakfast was included in our package at an extra cost but I was disappointed as we were served the same menu everyday. Plus there wasn't much variety and it wasn't worth the money. On the first Sunday of December, the Christmas lights are turned on and the entire street is beautifully lit up and there is also a giant Christmas tree. There is a nice procession from the Christmas market in Capitole square (1.5 kms away) and it culminates in the mayor turning on the Christmas lights. Please be aware that Toulouse (and France in general) is notorious for protests and we experienced one during our stay in Parthenon. It was a total shutdown for the entire day and towards the evening, huge mobs of people descended down on Capitole square and Jean Jaures and even set a few garbage bins on fire. Police was inadequate in number and in such instances, I would strongly recommend staying indoors.

What a great place this is. We booked a family apartment and separate studio room here in July. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and there was much needed iced water available when you check in. The rooms were a good size and very clean with everything we needed. The City centre is about ten minutes walk away, the train station is about 5 minutes walk away. The views over the city in the morning are superb. Highly recommended.
