Myself and my wife were visiting our daughter who is studying in Toulouse as an International student. We were greeting very warmly by Elena and quickly checked in. Elena was very helpful with advice throughout our stay with local maps and advice on the local bus service. This runs a few minutes walk from the hotel to the city centre and is very efficient and takes about 15 minutes. The hotel is of a good standard, the room we had (222) was very clean, warm and very comfortable, the shower and toilet room was very clean and the water temperature and pressure good. We faced the front of the hotel but it was very quiet. The hotel in is a residential area with some local shops nearby. Room service was very efficient too. We did not eat at the hotel but had coffee there which was very good and served with prompt service. A very good stay.

Stayed here overnight as part of the organized tour. It’s a budget hotel per se and I understand what to expect. Small rooms, small bathrooms 🚽 and small beds. It is a single room converted for two single passengers in the tour, which is probably why it’s such a squeeze. The bed is so small in length and width that you feel you will fall down when you roll over. Maybe I should blame the tour company instead of the hotel 🏨. But the bed 🛌 kind of makes me feel it’s the hotel’s fault.
Breakfast 🥞 is a surprise. In a good way I mean. Service had been good.
Anyway I think if it’s for one person it’s ok. But two people are too much of a squeeze.

We stayed at this hotel for one night when in Toulouse for a rugby game, check in was very quick and the man on reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean, only downside was it smelt of smoke which was unpleasant. The hotel is about a 10/15 minutes taxi ride away from the airport and about a 35 minute walk into the town centre. We would stay here again.

Understood Ibis to be a lower-end French hotel, but the small, could say tiny, room defeated all ideas of comfort. The bathroom was also small. Location outside city center did not help. Without a car its less than ideal.

What we liked:
- Helpful staff
- Free parking. In the middle of Toulouse. That is a great advantage.
- Walking distance to most places of interest in Toulouse. If you're not into walking, there are buses almost at the door.
- Decent size, and very clean room.
- Very comfortable bed.
- Very good value when booked in advance as we did.
What we liked less:
- This is a chain hotel, so a bland and soulless decor is to be expected.

Arriving by cycle along the canal de Garonne, this Ibis was a welcome sight at the point where the towpath throws you into the middle of a busy junction. It is opposite the (rather scruffy) start of the Canal du Midi. Surprisingly, it has no dedicated cycle store, but staff helpfully found secure spaces. The room is usual Ibis offer - small space but well designed. The restaurant was adequate - service a bit slow. The buffet is good value if you like the selection on offer. Rates drop at the weekend. Bus into city centre close by and frequent.

Hotel is well situated, not in the city centre but close enough to walk (30 mins alongside the canal). Good parking beneath the hotel is available, although it can be a bind to get to and from the garage as there is no elevator
The room was functional and clean and very comfortable, although the qty & quality of the towels could be improved.
Breakfast is excellent, didn't eat dinner in the restaurant, so cant comment.
Overall i would recommend this hotel as being good value for money

Awfull place, low hygene, the kanal stinks, there are ratts beside the kanal, and a lot of prostitution around. we came after 11 p.m. and took the last parking place, it was a lot of work to get the car in there.

the dinner was also very bad, the ham of that buffet was grey and there was nothing else, so we were looking for an restaurant. we went out and we had a walk beside this kanal. just a few minutes... then my wife discovered all the ratts and she skip very fast. than we found an restaurant... not very much better...

the room was microscopic, very small, there was no place for our luggage! the air condition was stinking the first 15 minutes, then I turned off, the bathroom was also very small, as big as the trunk in our mini.

there is no reason to check in, really, better stay in your car, far outside of this town. we had a nice breakfast on the next morning in the student area, Quartier Latin. but please, avoit this corner...

Stayed there last 3 nights - the staff are wonderful people. The service is excellent. The breakfast is okay. The rooms are perfect (the air conditioning worked well to make the room a bit warm, as it was very cold outside).

I had asked for early check as my flight landed at 8.30 and they did it - which was very kind of them.

I asked for a taxi to the airport and it was there on time.

In short a wonderful experience and will here stay again.
