I just wanted to say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Trianon Palace. It is a beautiful hotel with an awesome staff willing to help and assist. Upon check in Anne provided our room keys and checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Also the concierge staff(Allan and Christine) were great and helped us with our tour bookings and travel from the hotel to Paris..I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a short weekend in this legendary hotel and this time the experience (diner and breakfast) was truly disappointing. The staff who used to be 5* now are overwhelmed by God knows what or they are not real year longboard staff: result was service long, not friendly or amiable, for breakfast it was limit courtesy. I came 4-5 years ago and just loved it, the service was impeccable and aligned with the building. I had told my husband lot about it and he told me today that he was far from being impressed... What a pity as this place is strategically situated and beats a lot of history. The staff play the most important role in sustaining the legend.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel. The welcome received by anais on arrival was really friendly even if we came very early. She managed to find us a room (so thankful.. with kids..). The room is a bit dated (colored carpets turned grayer) but sufficient with toiletries but no minibar or coffee (COVID 19). Everything was perfect until we felt unwelcome at The Veranda restaurant. Lot of people, had to wait to be seated. Very expensive and the service is not at the level of a palace. Theres some learning to do for the staff about 'Hospitality'. too bad. We came back to the room at night, no TV. But the night team helped us. Thanks !! We will probably be back. Reception staff very profesional, pool great and location.

Exceptional hotel located adjacent to the Palace of Versailles grounds. The staff, services, restaurants and facility are exemplary. We were treated as royalty during our visit in this beautiful location in France. I would highly recommend this hotel.
