Where can I start we arrived on 23rd February for a 4 night stay on first glance the hotel is in such a busy district of Paris which is no problem at its many bars shops and restaurants local to it.

The hotel it’s self is quite small not many rooms and really deserves it’s 3 star review. What we learnt fast is this is Paris hotel rooms are not big they do look bigger on the pictures but are quite small once your in them.

The room it’s self we we’re room 405 top floor which with the request I was given a Eifel tower facing view which I was delighted about. The breakfast I don’t think is really worth 10 euro but some people may disagree. The only issue we had was some plugs would not working but the lady from the night before and the gentleman even offered to move our room for free if we wished they fixed the issue on the whole my stay was very good I can not complain and give it a solid 8/10.

We will be back to Paris one day till next time 🤞🇫🇷

We were warned of the pickpockets outside of the hotel, but not about the pickpockets inside of it. Card reader wouldn't take my card and I was forced to pay in advance and pull the full amount out of an ATM. Unacceptable. I've never had to pay, in full, in cash, in advance, at a hotel ever. My card was taken everywhere else around the city. She indicated that "it seems not to read foreign cards" to which I replied "perhaps you need a new card reader. We requested no cleaning service for a day. We come back and open the door to find someone inside of our room. We asked for two wine glasses to enjoy a bottle to the room and we were admonished in saying: we do not serve wine here and the glasses that we have are for juice. They do not seem to listen to the customer. The room itself is clean with a large bathroom, but I was very disappointed with the staff/reception.

We stayed at Le Petit Louvre and were immediatly welcomed by this very friendly woman. The hotel is small and quaint, cheerfully decorated. The rooms are small but manageable and the bed was amazing, nice big washroom and shower, storage is minimal. We had a room with a view of the top of Eiffel tower. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the river Seine and several tourist attractions but in a quiet residential area. There was a Cheese shop, Wine store, fresh market, Bistros and Metro station all near by. The woman at the front desk was always very helpful and very friendly (Merci). We loved our stay here and would return.

We stayed at the Eiffel Petite Louvre during the Easter break, to say it was an experience is an understatement & I don’t mean that in a positive sense.
When we arrived the lady at reception was checking a group in, she was really rude to them and there was an awkward vibe. When they left we stood up to get checked in & she told us to wait while she continued with her administration, she did this without eye contact or even greeting us. We didn’t expect a red carpet but a simple bonjour would have been nice.

The room was small, we only had backpacks luckily because there was no room for a big case. The room was so warm it was difficult to sleep but I’d rather it be warm than too cold. The shower was nice & it was clean.

Each time we passed reception the same lady was arguing with different customers, it was extremely uncomfortable & there was one occasion where I thought it might actually go to blows. The only one constant was the lady on reception, if she wasn’t arguing with customers she was ignoring them by watching her phone.

Our flight was late on the day of check out, we asked if they’d keep our bags until we headed to the airport, they kindly obliged. When we came back to collect our bags we used the public toilets before leaving & we were interrogated by the lady as to where we went. When we said we used the toilet before catching our bus well let’s just say if looks could kill I wouldn’t be writing this post right now.

All in all it was an experience I won’t want to repeat any time soon. This lady clearly wasn’t born to work in hospitality & should do herself & her customers a favour & find a new career.

We have paid €400,27 per room and we booked 4 rooms. When we arrived they told us there will not be a buffet, but they will give us a croissant in the morning and on top of the price we had to pay 5€ per person. Next morning when we came to take our croissant, there was a very little breakfast, we took our croissant and then they told us that we have to pay 15€ per person for a super tiny breakfast which we did not expect. After running the La Parisienne we came back to change in the promised room. But the lady from housekeeping was standing in front of the room and was extremely unfriendly and did not accept us to enter the room to change. The receptionist could not help us. We ended up with paying 15€ x 8 (ppl) for a croissant and we even could not fresh our selves up. The experience was so bad. This hotel is a really no go. The only thing which is good is the location. I feel really sorry that we have paid so much money for this bad experience and impolite people and unfriendly behaviour.

The hotel is pretty small, but it gave my wife and I what we needed: an always clean & maintained room (daily), a secure location, & accessibility to either the trains, the subways, or even buses.

There's a cafe right outside, a pastry shop, a convenience store, a pharmacy, a Japanese Ramen restaurant, (& a McDonald's & Starbucks 2 blocks away).

Our favorite receptionist is Faysal as he attended to what we needed: service & more importantly, concern if we were doing okay (having experienced first-hand how some of the French in the service industry can be rude).

Faysal's your reception go-to guy (2 thumbs up).

We'd definitely stay here again if we'd come back to Paris.

We prepaid before arrival, upon check in we were charged an additional €310 as a ‘deposit’ that we would get back upon check out. It’s been nearly two months and after countless follow ups I haven’t received anything back. Hotel staff have been a nightmare to deal with they’ve been very rude dismissive and unsympathetic of my situation. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

I booked this hotel for 6 days for my partner and I. I opted for the Eiffel room as it offered views of the Eiffel tower.
There one small window in the room, you can just about see the very top of the tower, a total waste of money.
The room itself - you could just about walk or I should say, squeeze around the bed, absolutely no room.
We asked for our room to be tidied up on two different days, still waiting for it to happen.
The staff I encountered were dismissive and bordering on rude.
At €1,300 for 6 days, a total rip off.
Do yourself a favour, stay well clear of this over rated B&B, its certainly not an hotel!

The hotel advertised “parking”, there is no parking associated with this hotel. You’ll need to park in the PAID city parking (good luck finding a spot close to the hotel). Or risk getting towed. The room is ok, our view was of the garden/inside of the hotel. The air conditioner did not work.
