The Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower hotel garners mixed feedback, with its proximity to the Eiffel Tower and dining options frequently praised by guests. While the hotel's festive atmosphere and room spaciousness are highlights for many, some travelers find the rooms overpriced and question the value for money. The cleanliness and service quality vary, with both commendations for high standards and reports of unprofessionalism. Reviewers also enjoy the amenities, despite some issues with service and costs.

booked this online and didn't know what to expect view wise, but I will say that you couldn't be disappointed - we could see most of the Eiffel tower right up close, cant fault the view, the hotel is lovely. large, we found check in not too bad, but no definite desk and it looks like it could be murder when more busy, there was a few problems, we was told that breakfast was included but with plate in hand the next morning, we were rudely told that they mad a mistake it wasn't Incl and we had to pay, like now! I told them I didn't take my bag down to breakfast so would have to come back down after, some might have declined breakfast as there are loads of places to eat but we already had food on plates, it was very expensive for breakfast, very! and yes lovely but not the greatest. our room I pad didn't work at all, they sent someone around 1am!!! but he went and it still wouldn't work properly - mini bar wouldn't even open and room service cost us around £30 for 2 half bottles of wine some nuts and crisps, took around 30 mins as they were busy! the shower head leaked badly and towels lets say are NOT generous size wise, neither are the robes, or slippers, none fitting! but the bed was comfy and large the view you cant complain at all and the rooms air filter thing was fab, it was over 34 outside and we were cool! no one wanted to know about any of our problems at all, but they did look after our case until later so we would explore Paris with no bags, if you just want bed and view and to be next to Eiffel tower, then fab and we would come back but this hotel need to listen to customers more not just rely on guests coming just for the view, I would have liked a lot more, working I pad, open mini bar, not hassle breakfast and rudeness and some help when ask - this would make this the BEST hotel in Paris, not just a great view hotel in Paris!!!

Large size rooms for Paris, stones throw from the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed our stay here with free wifi and unlimited bottled water. The breakfast was great and the staff especially saint Louise was very courteous. I would come back to Paris (all the way from Chicago!) just to stay at this lovely hotel. It is our last night here and I don't want to leave! Next time I would probably upgrade our room cause I would not mind spending more time at the hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

This was a surprise 60th birthday treat from my husband. Unfortunately on our first day after checking into our room, we went down to eat in the hotel restaurant where we sat on the terrace for evening dinner. There was quite a few other diners on the terrace so we thought that was a good recommendation. After a short period of time a man spoke to my husband which made him turnaround, we could not understand what the man was saying and he walked off without speaking to anyone else even though the terrace was quite busy. About 30 minutes later I went to pay for dinner and realised that my handbag had been stolen. The man who spoke to my husband was quite clearly a distraction for an accomplice to steal my bag, along with credit card, euros, iPhone etc and although the staff said that they would look at the cctv and contact the police, this did not happen. After spending a very fretful night my 60th birthday was spent in the Paris police station filling out forms and being interviewed for a crime reference number for my insurance. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good as was our room, but I feel we were very let down by the response from the staff on having my bag stolen from the hotel premises. The only concession the hotel made was by putting the meal we had on our hotel room bill as I did not have any other cash or card on me at the time. Another member of staff told me that was the second bag to be taken on that day and that if it was up to her she would have wavered at least the price of the meal as my bag and contents were actually taken on hotel premises, unfortunately it was not her decision and after speaking to a senior member of staff she was informed that we would have to pay in full. I really feel that there should be notices put up to inform guests to be aware that thief's operate in the area and to take care of your belongings. The hotel staff did not seem to be shocked or really interested in the distress that I was going through. It is one birthday I will defiantly remember, unfortunately not for a good reason.

This hotel isn't for everyone judging by some of the reviews, but I absolutely loved it. I wanted a nice hotel close to the eiffel tower and this is it. The hotel looks like it was built in the 60s and so it makes perfect sense that when the hotel was renovated and made into a Pullman that they would go with a modern/retro design aesthetic which looks great and fits with the building. Check-in is unique and not like traditional hotels. There is a large table in the lobby with computers and staff around it there to check in guests. Its unusual, but doesn't detract and the person checking us in was very friendly. You basically stand next to the hotel staff while they check you in. At the other end of the lobby is a restaurant which we dined at and thought the food was mediocre, the best part of the restaurant was dining on the front patio with a direct view of the Eiffel tower.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to be close to the Eiffel tower and we were hoping to get a room with a view of the tower. This hotel has balcony rooms that have views of the tower and I would have happily booked that room, but I was not able to because we were traveling with our 8 year old daughter and the balcony rooms with eiffel views only accommodate 2 people. This was disappointing because the "garden view" rooms were actually smaller but allowed 3 people in the room with a rollaway. This made no sense to me but my only other option presented to me by the hotel (i called when i couldn't book online) was to book 2 balcony rooms (um, no) or upgrade to a trocadero suite which was $3k more. I asked if the junior suites offered a view and was told no. So i just decided to get the garden room and if i wanted to see the eiffel tower then i would just walk outside. We booked our room directly through the hotel's website and found the rate to be very good including breakfast and late check out. When we arrived at the hotel i started having second thoughts about the garden room, fearing that it might be too small for us. I asked at check in if an upgrade was available and for a nominal fee we were able to upgrade to a junior suite and I am glad we did. The Junior suite was not huge, but roomy enough for the three of us. The bed area is somewhat separated from the sitting area which had a pull out sofa. The bathroom was nice and modern and just off the bedroom area. The toilet room was separate from the bathroom and located just next to the entrance to the room which was a strange layout. Closet area seemed large. The design is very modern and not to everyone's liking I'm sure, but I really liked the design. Free wifi in the room and nice cold working A/C (it was HOT in paris). The room had 2 flat screen TVs and included a large library of FREE streaming movies with many recent titles. I was really impressed with the extras that were included with the room when so many other chains charge for everything. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and maintained. Our room was located on the 9th floor and we had a view of the very top of the Eiffel tower from the living room window. While not the best view, it was more than we expected and my daughter was thrilled because she could lay in bed and see it. Breakfast was served in the basement and had a lot of variety and was good. Overall we were very happy with the Pullman, perfect location, great decor, and excellent staff. I would gladly stay here again. The only thing i would suggest is allowing 3 persons to stay in balcony rooms if there is someway to configure the room to make that work.

We stayed in the Junior Suite for 5 nights in July along with our 2 kids (6 and 4) and we had an excellent stay. The hotel provided us with a baby cot which we didn't need as the sofa bed was big enough for the kids. The only problem was with water apparently coming out from the bathroom under the tiles when we took a shower and so the bedroom carpet was wet right next to the bed. on the day we left, there was tiny mushrooms(yes you read this correctly) growing out of the space between the bathroom glass and the bedroom. i informed the staff and sent them a picture and they apologized and said they will look into it. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful.

We came just for one night and we booked deluxe room with a view on Trocadéro an Eiffel Tower with balcony. The room was on 10th floor and we were hoping is gonna be a nice view. The Eiffel Tower is from that room on the right side and the view is really nice especially in the night. Just one thing was a little bit disturbing, when you hear other guests from the next room. Breakfast was nice and big selection, but again too many people, even at 7:30. I would recommend this hotel, just because of the location, facilities, mini Ipad in the room, big shower, but his hotel is quite big, so if you prefer hotel where is not so many people, try to find different hotel.

Get the Eiffel tower view and breakfast option, they were both worth it. Perfect location for walking to tourist destinations and mass transit. Impeccable service, room, comfort level. The restaurant seems to attract locals, so I'd recommend that as well although we didn't eat there.
