When arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a male receptionist behind a free standing desk with a computer of top Open Plan I guess would be the terminology. This immediately gave a very cold impression especially as the receptionist was far from pleased to see us. Later that

Exceptionally friendly personnel, from the check in receptionists to the chamber maid!! While I waited for my room to be ready, they even offered me a cup of coffee.Room on the 8th floor came with a balcony which unfortunately was of no use given the cold and rainyweather. Room

My wife and I discovered this amazing low profile gem around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe on a recent visit to beautiful Paris. The room was excellent and quite large by French standards. The bed linen was clean and crisp and the king size bed was supremely comfortable. A

What type of bike storage facilities does the hotel offer ?
not sure if they do, probably they will ask to leave your bike behind the desk at the reception as the hotel is quite "tight". unless they will allow you to get your bike with you in the room

is there air conditioner in the bedroom?
Hi, need to make a reservation and will like to clarify whether a booking of a double rooms make it possible to accommodate my Son of 9 years with my Wife and me with the existing bedding.
Hello, I'm not aware about this kind of issue. It might be better to call or mail directly to the hotel.

I would like to know the best way to get from Gare du Nord to the hotel by bus.
Does this hotel offer a transfer service from Charles De Gaulle or to Orly airports?
Not that I know of. But it is only a short walk towards the Arc de Triomphe where there is a bus stop that services Airport transfer buses. There you can catch airport buses very easily and it is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel
