Detailed Reviews
This is a well located, comfortable hotel. Beds and rooms are good and it’s a good base from which to explore Paris, with Bercy Metro station, buses, and Gare de Lyon all nearby. Many people where staying to attend the Queen gig in the Accor Arena next door. It’s next to a park, and near the relatively new Bercy Village shopping centre. In the lobby there is a constant supply of chilled water from a dispenser, a real boon in the hot weather. Breakfast was limited and could get crowded. But the outside terrace bar can be used , and that means that there is plenty of seating. What wasn’t so good was the event one night with a DJ playing really loud music for a gathering of about 25-30 people. It was either a private party for someone with not many friends or a spectacularly badly marketed public event. The volume was out of all proportion to the numbers present. As a hotel, surely your core business is providing rooms for people to rest in, not putting on events which disturb the entire hotel?

The hotel is located in an excellent position for visiting the city, having two metro lines in front of it.
The rooms are small and basic and the price, booking in advance, was good.
The breakfast is surprising and varied, especially the sweet part, while the savory part could be improved a little by adding something else and improving the quality (e.g. the hard-boiled eggs which seemed not very fresh).
Painful point is the cleanliness and maintenance of the room, which when we arrived already had abundant dust under the bed and residues of dirt left by previous guests (I took photos), reported to the cleaning person, but to no avail; also the bathroom sink didn't drain water well.
Very kind staff and impeccable and efficient luggage storage.
Very positive note, the children's corner in the reception area, much appreciated by my daughters.

Nice and tidy rooms, small but we didn’t need a lot of space, the breakfast was great as it’s included, choice of breads, croissants and pastries, pancakes, yoghurts and fruit. Tv worked fine and shower was nice and powerful, right opposite the metro so we never had an trouble with travelling around. My only downside was that we booked a double room, which we technically got but our mattress was two singles pushed together which could be quite uncomfortable at time because of the dip. Other than that no complaints and a tidy, modern and convenient hotel for travellers

I'm very disappointed. I booked my room even before the pandemic when the hotel was tempting with breakfast and a good location. After the arrival it turned out that breakfasts are a disgusting joke (I attach a photo). It consists of croisant, pain au chocolate, mini baguette and yogurt. When trying to choose more service (they do not want to speak English and show gestures and speak French with a rude tone) they refuse even though I paid for the breakfast buffet.
Additionally, despite the requests, the rooms are not cleaned during the stay, towels are not changed and no toilet paper is added. The offer of the hotel completely does not correspond to the reality and therefore I will claim a part of the costs. I strongly advise against it!

This hotel will not get my business again. The rooms are some of the smallest I have ever stayed in - it was an effort to have luggage in the room. Every day I told housekeeping NOT to touch certain things in the room, I even let reception know and I left notes in French and every day my request was ignored. No shelves or draws in the room to store clothes, aircon could not be switched on, etc. I hated the place. No iron or ironing board in the room.

Very poor experience, compared to the other two ibis Styles hotels (near Nice and Schiphol airports) I've stayed.
It looks like a repurposed old ibis Budget hotel, definitely not an ibis Styles. The "cool" graffiti decoration on the walls intends to mask this but doesn't do the trick.
About the bedroom itself, dull walls, absence of storage room, lack of decoration and, worse of all, mould around the window sill.
The WC had an aged toilet flush that didn't work properly, making the toilet clog sometimes. There was a space for sanitary bags for ladies but it was empty. And there was not even a shelf in the shower to put the (plastic) shampoo/gel bottle.
There were no crystal glasses, just paper ones; and no kettle or coffee/tea bags, of course.
One safety concern was that the water sprinkler was covered by some kind of plaster (?).
The positive note would be the breakfast, which didn't include any salty choices or fruit but was good enough. It included the typical "viennoiserie" (croissants, pain au chocolate, etc.), coffee machine, yogurt, cereals and some gorgeous bread.
Also, the hotel's location is very convenient for travellers that arrive at the Bercy bus station.

We had booked a twin room in Ibis styles Paris Bercy through booking .com and payment was made through credit card but on the last hour we received a message that our payment wasn’t successful. The price was fixed for euro 139 for twin beds room including breakfast but due their own system errors our payment through credit card was declined, we were bound to pay cash and their cash payments rate for the same Room was euro 163.80which we find strange!
We had room 101which had poor condition of bathroom with some fungus on it’s ceiling without any air ventilation. Air conditioning was functioning with loud noises and air condition ventilation was full of dusts and room was still cold which caused us to suffer from cold, irritating sound from the air condition for the whole night. So,we strictly do not recommend this Ibis styles Paris Bercy hotel.

While this location is not near the central Paris district it is only a short distance, even with luggage, to and from the Bercy train station without any stairs and thus perfect for coming for from Auxerre after a long day. It was also close to the Bastille / Nation area where we were meeting friends. Despite this being our main reason for staying here we found the Bercy district quite interesting. We visited the Parc de Bercy, Bercy village, Lake Daumesnil and part of the Bois de Vincennes nearby and found these a pleasant escape from the bustle of Paris.
We hadn't made a pre-booking so I appreciated that they advertise their prices clearly and they were able to check us in. There are a number of bars and entertainment areas and the foyer is decorated with shelving and knick- knacks to give it a more interesting atmosphere. We took the option with the included breakfast and enjoyed the buffet with indoor and outdoor seating. The fresh orange juice was excellent.
The room was fine though not particularly memorable. There was a small open hanging area with a three quarter mirror. It has a small rolling table that be used in bed. The prefabricated shower had good pressure and everything worked well. It would benefit from a small fridge but that is something we have found that the Ibis chain do not tend to have.

My bad, i wasnt able to read about the reviews before i decided to book this hotel. i only consider its location from the Bercy Seine terminal which was just around 8-10min walk. I was arriving late in the evening after long bus travel from Strasbourg and I just wanted to rest immediately instead of figuring out how to go to my hotel thus I booked Ibis Bercy. The check in was okay everyone can understand English which was a plus, there was NO welcome drinks whatsoever as i usually expect being a silver member of accor hotels and I didnt mind at all. When I got into my room, the lights wont lit up, i tried calling reception and after several tries finally someone answered so i asked if someone can help us check our lights but the receptionist told me to go down and he decided to changed our room in another floor with no explaination. The room was not soundproof as we can hear the noises in the next room. So the next day we woke up late and had breakfast at around 10am and there was barely food to eat, what was left are jusr fruits, some bread and coffee and thats it, food was not replenished everytime so come early for breakfast and thats what we did the next day. Overall, our sleep was good comfortable beds and clean room, the room was small and bathroom is the smallest among all Ibis hotel Ive stayed in, the breakfast was good but come early as they dont replenish the food, the service was worst as receptionists dont put their guest comfort as priority and didnt feel welcome at all. The only pros in staying here was its proximity to Bercy seine bus station and Accor Arena and few steps away from metro, other than that theres nothing good about it even its neighborhood is boring, not enough resto, cafe or grocery in vicinity. So my verdict is DONT book this hotel because its service and room amenities and food is not worth 200euros per night, otherwise, just lower your expectations about the place. Looking back I wish we just stayed for a night and transferred the next day because the next Ibis hotel we stayed in Paris (Ibis Paris Grand Boulevards) was the total opposite. I really hope they improve on their service & amenities moving. Anyways, Merci boucoup and all the best!

Stayed here for a conference (not my choice). The only reason that I've given it a second star is because the front desk staff were exceptionally nice.
The room was very very small (and yes, I'm used to hotels in New York, London and Paris). I was thankfully by myself and with only a small suitcase. Air conditioning did not work and Paris was in the midst of several days in a row of 80 degree weather so the room was sweltering. They did provide a fan but it did not help. Sheets were terrible quality as were the bath towels.
The price during our stay was $180, but the quality of this hotel is closer to $80.
