Great location, more cleaner rooms, additional room service and bathrobe/slippers would make it even better. Especially adding a kitchen with delivers Warm food would be amazing. A much needed addition

A bit too expensive, but it served its purpose, is directly in the airport which is lovely. I would prefer the rooms to be a bit more clean perhaps, the towels and sheets didn't feel like they had been thoroughly washed. For an airport it was pretty good, but you sort of would like the same hotel experience you would get in town for that price.
The beds are comfy and the room itself cosy though! The staff were kind, and for breakfast there is a good selection.

The hotel is located within the airport, in the international transit/connection area, in terminal 2E gate L. It means you visit the hotel without going out of the transit area. Therefore it is priced by hours and not by days. In the entrance to the hotel there is a "rest area" with free coffee and some books.

The room is extremely small and very compact. You can tell it was designed to squeeze every necessary item in place: A standard double bed with the TV on one side, and a glass wall with a small curtain behind - separating between the bed and the sink/toilets/shower area. The bed's head area can be electronically tuned up and down, and when you don't use the main lights - there is a colored dim light where you can change the color (it was sort of "pinkish" upon arrival).

Picked Yotelair as my family had an 8 hour layover after a red-eye flight. The hotel was easy to find and very convenient for in-transit travelers. Rooms are decent but old. There was no TV remote and most importantly, the bathroom curtains didn't stay completely closed so someone had to stand there holding them to give the person using the bathroom or shower some privacy.

The Yotel is accessible with Priority Pass and the pass allows you to use the shower when available. We had a 7 hour lay over after a 9 hour flight so the shower was a great comfort. We were told the wait for the shower would be about 1 hour. 2 hours and 15 minutes later after checking with the desk we were finally given a key. Food is not great. Cereal, juice, fruit, pastries. Lounge is a bit tired looking. Had there been another lounge available we would have left this one and tried something nicer.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We are currently working on improving the Priority Pass Lounge in terms of services and food. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.

2020 with COVID has been a nightmare and I was lucky up until December. Then a major mess up made by Air France left me stranded in the Paris Airport over the Christmas holidays. To add to the stress, all of the ATM machines are offline and no cash is accepted in the airport. This left me with my carry on and online access only to funds for 4.5 days. The hotel staff was great, they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The situation could have been a lot worse but they did what they could to charge my credit card online for basic amenities as well as provide hot drinks and a quiet and exceptionally clean environment for us to stay in and away from the pandemic / hectic holiday season. I probably would have lost my mind had it not been for this hotel. They have a nice common area and although the rooms (they call cabins) are pretty small, they are quiet and have an awesome bed and shower. I recommend if you have a long layover or need some peace and quiet or even just to freshen up in one of the shower rooms.

The CDG Yotel is great to catch a few hours of sleep and have a hot shower during longer layovers. The location within the international Terminal 2E, gates L is easy to find and can be reached from the K an M gates by train within a few minutes. Very friendly staff. And the free coffee is appreciated.

Nobody wants to write minimum 200 characters, after having to stay there and spending 2 times more than a 5 Stars Hotel, with full breakfast included. I arrived by AF from Casablanca to CDG Terminal 2E at 19:30 on Sunday November 15th and I had to stay overnight , to catch my AF connection flight to Athens, on Monday 16/11 at 09:20. Nowhere existed any information that after 18:00 there was no Shuttle train from my arriving Gate, to the K-Gate where YOTELAIR was operating. Had to walk ~2 klm with my luggage, after waiting 35 minutes in the train and finding a local employee to show us where was the Tunnel that was leading to the Hotel. Arriving there, I found only 1 person and it took over 35 minutes to get checked-in and get keys for the room. No other stuff existed at that time (~20:30) to guide and/or help me. Room extra small, like being in a Hospital Cabin, with no place to put my luggage and sit, except a folding Bed and a WC/Shower. Since NO potable water existed inside the room, had to go again at the reception, where they told me to find a read a Catalogue at the sitting area inside , to decide on what I wanted and then pay in advance and wait over 30 minutes to get 2 bottles of water and 2 chocolates to eat, as everything else was closed in CDG and all other Vending machines in YOTELAIR Hotel were covered and not operating. The paid cost of 130 Euros only for this kind of Room (~9 square meters) with NO services at all, is a real Rip-Off and only Desperate Travelers should choose it, for special reasons. Travelers shouldn't get treated as Cattle looking for a Burn to stay over.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. The concept of the hotel is to have small cabins with everything that you need for a quick rest inside the airport. If you have any issue to find us, do not hesitate to contact us. As said on our website but also on Booking and Expedia, due to the current pandemic the shuttle only work until 6pm. However, we can ask for the reactivation on your arrival. The water inside the room (tap water) is drinkable and you always have a glass inside the room. Same as for the shuttle, the restaurant and vending machine (operate by Paris airport) situated around the hotel are close. However, restaurant (take-away) are open in gate k, 10 minutes form the hotel. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.

Condition of room was poor at best - leather around the bed was worn, black mold was around the perimeter of the shower basin, the toilet paper holder had been removed and toilet paper left on at shelf at the opposite side of the bathroom. Getting in and out of the shower is unsafe - basin is very slippery and requires a step to get in/out but no safety hand rails are available. Television remote was not in room, when I requested it only the French channels worked. WiFi was iffy at best and required multiple attempts to connect and reconnect. Hairdryer was missing in room. Mattress was comfortable and the adjustable bed is a nice bonus but the hotel provides two miniature pillows. When I asked for additional pillows I was told they could only provide 1 and was given a pillow that was in poor condition and the stuffing went all over the room. Room to room noise was very bad - could head people in the hallway just talking as well as people banging around in their rooms. The hotel has only some very limited snacks and drinks available and is not near any other services so if you have mobility issues you will not be able to get food. It also took 2.5 hours for the wheelchair assistance to come pick me up(no fault of the hotel’s), but if the location were more accessible I would have been able to help myself instead of being stranded

Stayed here for four hours after missing my connection due to a delay. If you have $100 to spare to sleep in a bed for a few hours and take a shower, this will do. (If my boss would not pay I would not do this again.) The room was not very clean and the other amenities (in particular desk) were not functioning properly. First room I got did not have a desk, so I requested a change, second room had a broken desk and no chair (it was too far removed from the bed to use that instead). Coffee was free but terrible.
Location is convenient in that it is inside the terminal, but there is no way to reach a restaurant without going through security and the hotel itself does not serve proper food, only some snacks.
Besides these issues, the check-in was smooth and the people were nice.

Yes you can, that’s exactly what I did last week. I arrived in 2E (from UK) late on Friday, went straight to Yotelair without passing through security. On Saturday morning I checked out of the hotel, and only then passed through security (and passport control at the same time) when entering 2F for a flight to Greece. It was very easy.

there are no resturants in the immediate area of this hotel. you have to go to terminal 2E hall k or l. k you have to go through security while l you do not...plus the only place to eat isnt even a resturant its a sit down place to buy prepared sandwiches etc...horrible airport for food. ps the snacks at the hotel are vending machine snacks whihc most machines are blocked and out of service. do youself a favor and get a real hotel. rooms are hot and you have no control over any so called air conditioning...room smelt like #$%^ and kids running up and down hallways...
