There were a few problems which were handled professionally and with great care and attention. This hotel is simply fabulous. The manager is exceptional, all the staff are the kindest and most caring group of young people (and they are all young!) The bar is superb at night and when it becomes the breakfast it still has a great ambience. Lovely breakfast, fantastic cocktails , comfiest of beds ... all 5* (just don't ask for a hot chocolate after 6 pm!!!!)

Positives Hotel is very well placed for walking into town. Staff are amazing , particularly Gabriel who couldn’t have been kinder, remembered me every day and gave me a gift when I left . When you are on your own , travelling on business, it’s the little gestures like this that make all the difference. Very small spa and fitness room. Quiet air con , opening windows for fresh air and dark, quiet room for a decent nights sleep. Negatives Suprised to find a very small and tired room, in room chargers were so worn their wires were exposed. Lumpy pillows and chipped shower tray. As previously mentioned, room was very small for a solo traveller. Was obviously very smart when first opened but now needs a bit of tlc. Would probably stay again but only if first choice not available.

This hotel is a gem... really nicely done. Rooms could do with being a little less crammed though. Great features and pool sauna facilities on-site. Breakfast however is very poor. We had all off 2 orange juices a cold coffee and 1 sausage and egg for 40 euros!

Lovely hotel with own parking and in heart of city. It is called vertigo for a reason. Funny details like paintings on ceilings, transparant elevator floor and statues glued to the wall. The personel was super friendly and booked me a nice restaurant as they have to dinner in the hotel. Spa was a little small but as it was 34 degrees I did not fancy it anyway. More for a cold chilly wintersday 🙂.
